Quiet and cozy detached house surrounded by large meadows 5 minutes from Santander, with the possibility of taking the bus 3 minutes from the house walking, passing the same every 15 minutes.
Three minutes from the incorporation into the ring road of the Cantabrico highway to the main tourist areas of the area. Close to large shopping centers and supermarkets, 5 minutes by car.
Fully equipped both in kitchen utensils and in bedding and towels.
There is no danger for children to be out of it since it is completely closed. Aparcamiento sin problema fuera de la instalacion , excepto si viene en moto , puede dejarla dentro del recinto en garaje gratuito.

The house was very nice

Nice house, tidy, fully equiped. We never saw the owners. That was a bit strange. But we had everything we needed. The neighbour was very kind, offering us a huge tomato from his garden. We thought maybe he was the owner… but we’re not sure.

Semana vacacional

Hemos estado una semana y todo perfecto. La ubicación sin igual a 15 min de la playa del Sardinero y con supermercados y servicios de primera necesidad a menos de 5 min en coche. La casa es según se describe y es un lugar idóneo para descansar.

Séjour agreable

Maison hyper sécurisée, propre, agréable et accès très facile.tout est à porte , machine à linge, fer à repasser, télévision, ustensiles de cuisine, bref tout ce dont on a besoin.grand merci au propriétaire et je recommande vivement ce logement à d'autres oersonnes

El aparcamiento para el coche y el acceso a la casa, es dificultoso.

Desde la carratera, hasta la entrada de la casa, hay una cuesta larga y muuuy empinada. No se puede bajar el coche hasta la casa, aunque tiene aparcamiento para varios coches. Es una pena, porque si vas con personas mayores, se ven mal para llegar a la casa, lo demas, toso bien.

Una experiencia genial

Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables en la casa de Marian. La casa muy acogedora y hemos disfrutado mucho del jardín, sobre todo los niños que han podido correr a sus anchas. Un sitio para volver, gracias por todo Marian!

Estancia muy gradable y cómoda

La casa está en una ubicación muy buena como punto de partida para acercarse a Santander, a Cabárceno y las playas. El alojamiento dispone de todo lo necesario y resulta muy cálido. Marian nos dio toda clase de facilidades y se preocupó de que estuviésemos cómodos.

PETITE MAISON DANS LA VERDURE

Séjour très agréable, maison très accueillante. Manquerait seulement quelques bols supplémentaires (maison 5 couchages, 4 bols). Accueil convivial. Rien à redire. Nous recommandons sans problème.

Leuke woning

Wij kwamen te vroeg aan, maar na een telefoontje was de Spaanse gastvrouw zeer snel ter plaatse. Het huis is zoals beschreven, met een zeer ruime slaapkamer boven, met eigen badkamer. Beneden ook twee keurige slaapkamers en een badkamer. De woonkamer is een beetje klein omdat er twee grote banken en een eettafel in staan maar met mooi weer ben je veel buiten. Achter het huis is een groot grasveld, als je jongere kinderen hebt kunnen die daar lekker rennen en spelen.Het is een heel rustige omgeving, een soort voorstad. Santander heeft prachtige stranden en is een leuk plaatsje.
