Tiene una ubicación excelente, a un paso de la playa y del centro histórico del pueblo. Destaca la limpieza del apartamento y es perfecto para familias de cuatro integrantes. Lo unico mejorable de este ultimo apartamento que debe revisarse el mobiliario, pues la campana de la cocina estaba rota y que al cabo de 5 dias se detectaba algo de olor en el baño. Tambien se ha echado en falta alguna silla y mesita para el balcon.
