About this property

The house is located in the hilly area S'Enna and S'Arca - Pistis (Arbus), 400 meters from the sea, in a recently built village, situated between the golden sand dunes of Torre dei Corsari and Capo Frasca where it has start the "Costa Verde" with 47 km of coastline with still unpolluted beaches, wild nature and unspoilt mediterranean scrub. There are three independent terraced houses, each consisting of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, living room with kitchenette, veranda with cane, table and chairs, deckchairs and barbecue with large garden.

Zona bellissima, casa pulita

Zona bellissima, casa pulita, fredda, visto il periodo (Aprile) che siamo stati primi quest anno, pero veloce e riscaldata. Unica inconveniente e ultimo km di strada sterrata non proprio buona.

L'appartamento è ampio, funzionale e silenzioso, la signora Paola si è mostrata molto gentile e collaborativa ed è intervenuta celermente per soddisfare le nostre richieste. Abbiamo trovato un po' difficoltoso il percorso per raggiungere la casa perchè nell'ultimo tratto la strada è sterrata e in salita. e ciò limita non poco la possibilità di scendere a piedi alla spiaggia. Altro limite è il fatto che nei dintorni non ci sono negozi e quindi per fare la spesa è sempre necessario spostarsi in auto per alcuni chilometri. Complessivamente però esperienza positiva.
