Fantastic townhouse on the beach of Marbella. A three bedroom townhouse just 300 meters from the most beautiful beach in Marbella. Within walking distance of several nice (beach) restaurants (Siroko Beach, Aqui Te Quiero Ver, Chiriguito Ranchon Cubano) and supermarkets (SuperCor, Mercadona, Lidl). This house is ideal for a perfect holiday. The famous Plaza de los Naranjos in Marbella is just 10 minutes by car, the fashionable port of Puerto Banus is 15 minutes away. The house was completely renovated in 2017, offers a beautiful and cozy garden (west side) and three terraces. There is a communal garden with a swimming pool.

Located in a quiet urbanization. This delightful house has the following layout;

Ground floor: - Entrance hall, toilet, fully equipped open kitchen, living room, beautiful terrace and access to the garden.

First floor: - Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two guest rooms, each with two separate beds and a separate bathroom. Two bedrooms offer a terrace with a view of the garden and the sea.

So wie man sich Urlaub wünscht

Das Haus ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ohne Kleinkinder Fußläufig erreichbar. Mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Zum Strand sind es ca. 5 Minuten, dort gibt es gute Restaurants und Bars. Abends mit Blick auf die untergehenden Sonne, einfach traumhaft schön. Der Strand ist auch für kleine Kinder geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm, bei Fragen bekamen wir umgehend Anwort per WhatsApp. Insgesamt hatten wir wunderschöne Urlaubstage und können das Haus allen empfehlen. :-)

Perfect little townhouse in a perfect location

Stylish, immaculate and very well equipped. It was in the most perfect location just 5 or less minutes walk from the beach and a fab beach bar, having been to Marbella for the last 20 years we couldn’t have asked for a better place! Loved it from beginning to end! Have Had lots of friends asks of where we stayed and have recommended. We will 100% be back!

Heerlijk Afgelopen herfstvakantie genoten van dit heerlijke beach-house in Marbella. De sfeer van het huis ademt vakantie! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en omarmt je bij binnenkomst. Op loopafstand van een heerlijk strand met lekker restaurant. Een aanrader dus. Ook het achterland biedt genoeg mogelijkheden.
