Fantastic stay

Lovely apartment with spectacular views along the coastline. Apartment equipped with everything you need, shops a short walk away plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from We took the tram everyday to explore the surrounding area Loved our week in Villajoyosa Towel change during the week

Idyllic location

Spent 2 weeks in this amazing place. Apartment fabulous everything you need. Beach 100yds from property with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. My girlfriend unfortunately had a heart attack during our stay and spent time in hospital Ricardo was an amazing host ensuring I had somewhere to stay during that time. Jijonenca bar next to the apartment was amazing Alex,Mauricio, Gringo and Frankie the best. I would recommend staying at this beautiful apartment in an amazing resort only a short tram ride from Benidorm The ladies who clean the room deserve a mention everything was spotless Amazing holiday despite the health scare and will definitely return Perhaps provide a safe in the room. Wouldn’t mind paying for it

La atención, excelente. La ubicación, magnífica. AA funciona bien. Hay utensilios de cocina, sartenes, cafetera, microondas, smart TV, estropajo y lavavajillas, todo en condiciones bastante aceptables. El colchón es un suplicio. Hemos vuelto destrozados de la espalda. El sofá un poco incómodo también. Falta un tendedero, aunque sea de suelo, para las toallas de la playa. Tuvimos que comprar cuerda y colocarla en el balcón.

Un apartamento en una ubicación estupenda

Una maravilla de ubicación y de vistas, nos facilitaron mucho la hora de entrada y de salida, todo un detalle. Había sillas de playa y alguna sombrilla en el portal que podías usar Una tontería, pero un dosificador de gel en la ducha vendría bien y quizás unos visillos para poder tener un poco más de intimidad al cambiarte sin tener que cerrar las contraventanas

Estancia fantástica en un apartamento de ensueño con preciosas vistas al mar y todo lo necesario para estar muy confortable. Además el dueño Ricardo, como siempre dispuesto y disponible para todo lo necesario y Paqui en la oficina es siempre un referente y da la seguridad de que todo estará genial. La opción de una correcta elección del apartamento seleccionado en la web es mejorable.

Very good location, close to the sea, restaurants and shops. Happyvilla provided excellent service, were responsive and ready to help. Thank you Ricardo! Very bad smell in the bathroom's sewerage that is coming and goes. It was disappearing after one took a shower but was back after a while.

La ubicación y el apartamento en general ,volveremos y pediremos el mismo apartamento el playa 1 La llave de la puerta de la calle a veces cuesta abrir pues se atasca,la ducha o no hemos sabido poner la columna de hidromasaje o no funcionaba aunque no es imprescindible sería un plus más y el cobre colchón al ser plástico y no tener una sábana bajera ajustable se te arruga toda la sábana.

Great experience

We appreciated the amazing view we have fallen in love with since we entered the apartment. The location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants and the historic center. It is amazing how it has managed to integrate modern amenities into a historic building, without damaging its charm. We were greeted with kindness, we were allowed a late checkout and were kindly provided with all the information we needed. We felt pampered in the short time we lived there. Thanks again for everything!

Ya conocíamos el apartamento de otras ocasiones y sigue siendo fantástico para pasar una buena estancia en Villajoyosa. Se debería reemplazar el aparato de TV por otro más moderno que al menos tenga conexión para pen-drive. La puerta del congelador no cierra y ya pasaba en nuestra última estancia.
