Located just 15 minutes from the public beaches and downtown: 5th Avenue, restaurants, bars and shopping. 3 rooms with bathroom, dining room, living room, kitchen. Green areas and pool inside the residential. Parking lot. A / C in all areas. Close to convenience stores, Sams, Walmart, Oxxo.
Close to Tourist centers, nature reserves and main parks, (Xcaret, Xel-ha, Xplor, Xenses, Tulum, Cenotes).
