Our house enjoys an exceptional location with direct access to the sea in front of the garden and 2 steps from the most beautiful beach of the Presqu'Ile Sauvage: Kermagen. You will enjoy an exceptional view of the sea with a panoramic view and the sunset over the sea. The house is built on a large granite rock gently sloping on a landscaped plot of 3700 m2. Wooden outdoor terrace facing the sea. Teak table with 6 chairs. Sun umbrella. 4 sun loungers.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, hat ein riesiges Grundstück, einen traumhaften Ausblick und ist bestens ausgestattet. Jérôme und Aya sind außergewöhnlich tolle Gastgeber und haben uns vor und während der Reise mit vielen wertvollen Informationen versorgt. Es hätte nicht besser sein können!

wundervolle Urlaubstage in einem traumhaften Domizil

im umgebauten und erweiterten typisch bretonischen Haus ( Schieferdach, weiß geputzt, die Kamine jeweils in den Giebeln bis zum First ) großzügig und modern ausgestattet, fehlte es an nichts! Den wundervoll angelegten Garten auf dem großen mit Granitfelsen durchzogenen Grundstück kann man als Park- landschaft bezeichnen, die sich etwa nach Norden dem von den Gezeiten verwandeltem Meer öffnet und so die herrlichen Sonnenuntergänge genießen läßt. Stille, Natur und nur entfernte Nachbarbebauung garantieren einen unvergeßlichen Urlaub. Wir bedanken uns bei Gerome und Aya, die leider verhindert waren. Ein wunderschöner, erholsamer Urlaub in dem dafür perfekten Haus!

Die Bretagne ist ein perfekter Ort für einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub. Das Haus Seaview - nomen est omen - direkt am Meer gelegen, läßt einen die wunderschöne Natur noch hautnaher erleben. Zwischen Haus und Strand ist lediglich der geschotterte GR34. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und abgeschieden vom Massentourismus. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten (v.a. die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet). Der sehr gepflegte Garten ist riesengroß! Unsere erwachsenen/ teenager-Kinder hatten eigene, vom Haus abgetrennte, sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohneinheiten, was uns sehr zugute kam! Jerome, der Eigentümer war stets ansprechbar und sehr hilfreich bzgl. Tipps für Unternehmungen, der Versorgung und bei der Lösung kleinerer Problemchen! Wir haben alles sehr genossen - vielen Dank!

Jardin avec feu d'artifice de fleurs, vue à couper le souffle et chants des oiseaux en musique.

Nous venons de passer plus d'un mois à Seaview et le temps a passé si vite que notre arrivée semblait la veille du départ. Une maison confortable, où l'on se sent bien immédiatement, un jardin fleuri à souhait, une vue époustouflante et un bon feu de cheminée dans le poêle. Le rêve absolu. La région est très attachante, tant pour les visites que les randonnées et des contacts avec les habitants charmants. Jérôme et Aya ont été des hôtes parfaits, attentionnés et sympathiques, d'un contact facile et agréable. Une très belle adresse à recommander chaleureusement.

Tolles Haus in toller Lage direkt am Meer

Danke, Jerome und Aya, wir haben uns sehr wohl in Seaview gefühlt, mit diesem großartigen Blick aufs Meer und seinem spektakulären Gezeitenwandel. Und dazu dieser riesige, liebevoll gestaltete Garten: ein tolles Haus!!! Komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und einer Küche mit allem was man braucht und in der man gerne kocht. It’s not a vacation house... it’s a home!!

Beste Ausstattung, liebevolle Dekoration, wundervolle Aussicht auf das Meer mit seinen Gezeiten . Die Sonnenuntergänge... Atemberaubend!! Abseits vom Rummel aber trotzdem gut angebunden an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ( nicht in Laufweite.... Auto oder Fahrrad ist hilfreich). Sehr spektakuläre Ausflugsziele in der etwas weiteren Umgebung (1std) Großartige Betreuung durch die Vermieter! Merci beaucoup Aya et Jérôme :)

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables à Pleubian. La maison a évidemment une vue magnifique mais elle est aussi très confortable, bien équipée et particulièrement propre, ce qui est très agréable notamment lorsque l'on a un enfant en bas âge qui se met tout le temps par terre ;-) (bravo aux propriétaires et à Annie pour la bonne tenue de la maison !). Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Vacances de rêve face à la mer

Nous avons adoré le lieu, la vue exceptionnelle sur la mer, le charme de la maison et ses 3 chambres indépendantes. Tout est fait pour que l'on se sente bien. La cuisine est très bien équipée et très conviviale. L'environnement est aussi plein de charme avec un immense jardin. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse de nos hôtes Nous reviendrons bien sûr, notamment pour peaufiner notre chasse aux homards!

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique et pu profité d une situation idéale pour admirer de superbes couchers de soleil , d un accès directe à la plage ou l’on peut se baigner, chasser les crabes ou les coquillages. La location est comme indiquée sur l’annonce et très bien équipée ,parfaitement située pour visiter la région . La disposition des 3 chambres est surprenante ( dont une dans un cabanon bien aménagé )mais justement convient à un couple avec des ados ( notre cas ) ou pour plusieurs couples car de cette façon tout le monde est indépendant. Les propriétaires Aya et Jérôme sont disponibles et répondent rapidement à vos questions Bref nous avons passé un superbe séjour et nous conseillons cette location

Schönes Ferienhaus auf grosszügigem Grundstück direkt am Meer

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bietet allen Comfort und genügend Raum für 6 Personen. Die Front des Wintergarten lässt sich öffenen und bietet so - bei jeder Witterung - eine traumhafte Sicht auf das Meer. Auch das grosszügige Grundstück ermöglicht es, je nach Wind, den geeigneten Platz für ein Sonnenbad oder ein gemütliches Essen zu finden. Das zweite Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss des Hauses ist nur von Aussen zugänglich. Das nahegelegene Dorf Pleubian bietet ebenfalls alles, was man benötigt und bildet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Côtes d'Armour und Granit Rose. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Platz - auch für einen längeren - Aufenthalt in der Bretagne.

Nous avons assisté à des couchers de soleil grandioses nous aimons la randonnée et le chemin côtier passé devant la maison. L'agencement intérieur est très beau et Annie nous a réservé un très bon accueil. Super !!

Why they chose this property

it is our family holiday home, the house of our dreams and we rent it to help us cope with the cost of maintenance. We put slippers at the disposal of our guests not to walk in shoes in the house because that's how we do in our family, because it keeps the house clean and healthy for all

What makes this property unique

At Seaview, you feel like at the end of the world facing the ocean that changes depending on the weather and the tides, quiet, surrounded by nature, without being isolated because some houses are present behind the property.
In the garden, the large granite rock almost as high as the house, covered with heather and various flowers, is a real pleasure for the eyes and a real playground for the children.
the direct access to the sea and the view of the open sea are resting and energizing us whatever the weather.
