Luxury villa Positano Amalfi Coast with sea view and Positano view

Villa Mimosa is a splendid three-story villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Mimosa you will enjoy a breath taking view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. Villa Mimosa is 350 square meters. It features a private swimming pool, private terraces with a view of the sea, a garden, air conditioning, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in the heart of Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops and the beach. You will find the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Positano line at 50 meters. You will reach Villa Mimosa from the street level going down 54 stairs.


You will not need a car to stay at Villa Mimosa. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, in a parking lot (where a space can be reserved).


THE SWIMMING POOL is 4 meters large by 8 meters long. The swimming pool can be wormed in the period between the months of October and March on request. Maximum temperature 27-29°. The swimming pool area is equipped with sun loungers.
THE FIRST TERRACE is 100 square meters and it is equipped with tables, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you will enjoy a thrilling view of Positano and of the sea.

FIRST BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM has a queen size bed, an elegant fireplace made of stone

This suite is made up by three interconnected rooms: a sleeping area, a sitting area and a bathroom. The first bedroom is paved with handmade tiles with inlaid designs, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The ceiling is vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is an elegant fireplace made of stone. The furnishings include three armchairs. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small terrace with a marvelous view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, spacious, made of marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a Jacuzzi bathtub.
