Cute and Comfortable Beachfront Condo

Close to all of the excitement, but far enough away for a peaceful vacation. Sandy Key is a gated community located on white sand beaches with emerald green waters. This is a bright and spacious second floor unit with two bedrooms and two baths. Enjoy the convenience of easy loading and unloading using the stairs or elevator. Master bedroom features a king size bed with gorgeous views and access to the balcony. Guest bedroom has accommodations for 5 with a full size bed and bunk bed with another full size bed on bottom. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Cook a gourmet meal in the fully stocked kitchen and dine on the large private balcony at sunset. The kitchen has granite counter tops and all necessary cookware and appliances. The dining area has seating for 6 as well as 4 seats at the breakfast bar. Relax in the large living room with the flat screen TV, DVD, free WIFI, games, puzzles, books and more. There is a full size washer and dryer in this unit for all of your laundry needs. It is a quick walk outside to the beach, pool, hot tub, tennis courts, grills and picnic area. The state of the art fitness center is located on the first floor of this building. This unit is sure to meet all of your vacation needs.

We loved the Condo. Clean and super Comfortable. Our biggest complaint was that we could not see the sunsets. Not from our big beautiful balcony or from the beach. It was really strange. That is one thing we love about going to the beach is the sunsets. Everthing else about the condo was spot on. One of the beat we have stayed.

Great trip

Loved to be just steps to the beach and a beautiful dinning view on the balcony. The beds were comfy after a long day in the sun. There were a few minor things I'd recommend but doesn't change my rating.

Very Nice!

We had a very nice stay in this unit. It is comfortable (especially the beds!) and well stocked. The location is excellent for beach going, and we also visited Johnson Beach, the Navy Air Museum, and several local restaurants. It was blistering hot outside, but the unit remained cool. Thanks for a great stay!

Christmas stay

Enjoyed our stay. Key entry, a little bit worn, but redone nicely and everything we needed for our holiday stay. Plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable furniture. Lovely balcony view of the ocean. A few things I would recommend: a broom to sweep up sand and a new frying pan as the ones there have the non-stick coating pretty scraped up. The coffee was a huge plus. Thank you to Katherine for our stay and great communication!

beautiful interior

We loved everything, however, I'm handicap and did not like that I had to take sheets off the beds, my son was with us so I had his to do also! Since I'm paying a large cleaning fee, I thought that would be included as it is at most condos I've stayed at in Perdido Key. That about wore me out as I can't breathe very well. Other than that, it was a lovely stay.

Perfect condo

We absolutely loved this condo. The bathrooms were smaller than we are used to but have been updated and look very chic and modern. Sometimes size doesn’t matter and this was one of those times. There was plenty of room to spread out in the evenings. My husband and I enjoyed the loveseat recliners and our kids (both in their 20s) had plenty of room on the sectional to both lay down while we were watching movies and relaxing. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great place to stay that is convenient to the beach, has beautiful views and everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Host graciously gave us suggestions for eating out. We tried them all and were not disappointed. Would definitely return to property.
