About this property

Rent apartment of 40m2 for 6 people with a magnificent view of the valley.
Access from Bourg St Maurice (TGV station) by funicular to Arc 1600 and free shuttle.
Quiet family residence with swimming pool in summer. Located 200m from the slopes, the Transarc, crates packages and shops. Possibility of starting ski at the foot in front of the residence for the chairlift Jardin Alpin. Ski locker heated and ventilated in the building.

Corridor with cupboard / wardrobe.
Functional and equipped kitchen (microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob, crockery ...) open on a large sunny living room with sofa bed "rapido": true mattress 145X200 (opening / closing fast) , Flat screen TV.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, with wardrobe and French window to balcony.
Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds of 80 with window and storage (the top bed is not suitable for a child under 6 years old).
1 bathroom with bath, sink, towel radiator, storage. ;
1 shower room with sink, toilet, shelves, towel dryer.
Balcony with open view and not overlooked south west facing, table and chairs.

Partiellement déçue

Bel appartement très propre literie très bien. Chambre enfants très petite Par contre belle exposition sud mais aussi juste au dessus de la route principale qui arrive aux ARCS! Très bruyant dès 6h du matin avec les engins de denneigement et camions de livraison...Pas cool pour se reposer en vacances..Prevoir peut etre une meilleure isolation phonique avec un changement de fenetres..

Bon séjour dans ce logement confortable ! Quant à l’immeuble, attention car la piscine est au 8e étage (appartement au 1er), et elle est dépourvue de chaises longues et de parasols. Voici nos remarques : Points forts : - location du mercredi au mercredi possible (merci !!!) - facilités apportées par la conciergerie - confort de la literie - équipement de la cuisine au top ! - deux douches, c’est bien ! - vue sur les montagnes au lointain - proximité des commerces - machine à laver, ça peut être utile ! Dommage : - que l’on entende le bruit de la route (absence de double vitrage) (vive les boules quiès 😜) - qu’il n’y ait ni wifi ni antenne 4G captable dans la configuration / appartement… Nous recommandons ce logement !

Location au top ! Un appartement très propre, très bien équipé, bien situé ! Un parking juste en dessous de l'appartement, et une piscine avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes ! Un séjour sportif et au calme,que du bonheur !
