Villa BERLIN is a pretty and comfortable house on one level with private pool and barbecue.
Villa Berlin is located in the center of Miami Playa close to amenities; restaurants and shops are at 350 m and supermarkets at 500 m. The beach area is only 650 meters away, from this point we have several best coves in Miami.
Casa Berlin has three double rooms, two with double beds and a third with bunk beds. The house can comfortably accommodate 6 people. It has a bathroom with shower and toilet; the kitchen is independent and has a complete equipment. In the garden there are flowers and plants, a private pool and a cozy barbecue area. A free parking is available.

It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.
No noise can be made from 22:00 to 09:00.
It is mandatory to check-in online before arrival.

Il y a beaucoup de fourmis il faudrait faire en sorte de les retirer car il était impossible de laisser les produits dans la salle de bain et la nourriture sur le plan de travail dans la cuisine

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Barbecue, cuisine toute équipée, garage, lave linge, petit colis pour débuter le séjour (une pastille lave vaisselle, une dose de lessive, éponge et une dose liquide vaisselle) Disponibilité ++ des interlocuteurs pour des demandes sur le logement et demande personnelle Lorsqu’il pleut, la maison est vite rempli d’eau au niveau de l’entrée et du garage ce qui rends l’habitation humide

Vacances familiales

Maison agréable située dans un quartier calme ! Bien agencée, tout confort ! Facile d’accès, de la place pour se garer face à la maison. Pour la plage il est tout de même préférable de prendre la voiture surtout si enfants en bas âges et pour se rendre sur les plus belles plages.
