Casa Zara is a beautiful villa of 95 m2 and 800 m2 of garden for exclusive use. In a sunny position, near the village of Vacciago, less than three kilometers from Orta San Giulio and the lake. The house is surrounded by a private garden with a small private swimming pool (approximately 3x6m and 1,4m deep). Casa Zara is a comfortable holiday home for up to 6 people (including children). Small veranda for dining room, living room and fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, oven and dishwasher. There are two bathrooms with shower, one of which has been newly renovated. Three bedrooms, 2 of which are double and one single (with a second pull-out bed for children). TV / satellite, free WiFi. Porch with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Casa Zara is easily accessible by car and a parking space is available on the property.

Wat hebben we genoten. Het huis is prachtig, mooie ruimte en heerlijke tuin en zwembad. Onze hond was mee en kon fijn los lopen. De gastvrouw is super vriendelijk en gaat niets uit de weg om het je naar je zin te maken. Echt een aanrader als je zoekt naar een mooie omgeving en rust.

Wunderschöne kleine Villa am Orta See

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit allem was man sich wünschen kann. Das Haus liegt oberhalb des Sees, hat einen eigenen Pool und ist umgestört.Sehr nette Vermieterin.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tag am Orta-See.Der Check in mit Ilaria hat problemlos geklappt und sie spricht sehr gut deutsch.Es fehlt einem an nichts im Haus. Auch der Pool ist wunderbar. Hier könnte man die Leiter in den Pool erneuern bzw. verlängern.Die Dusche im kleinen, älteren Bad ist recht eng.Leider ist die Straße, die direkt am Grundstück vorbei führt recht laut. Tagsüber und bis spät abends ist hier sehr viel Verkehr, was manchmal doch störend sein kann. Steht so auch nicht in der Beschreibung.Wir können die Unterkunft an sich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Traumhaus mit Pool und schönem Garten

Als wir ankamen wurden wir von Ilaria herzlich empfangen, sie hat uns alles gezeigt, es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen tollen Urlaub genossen. Schöner Garten mit geheiztem Pool. Diese Haus kann man sehr empfehlen,Ausstattung alles vorhanden was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht, wir kommen sicher wieder.Danke für alles.LG Petra Wolfgang und Shana

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances entre le lac d’Orta et le lac Majeur, en bénéficiant du confort et du cadre très agréable de la maison très propre, très bien équipée et fonctionnelle (notamment la cuisine), idéalement située pour rayonner dans la région. L’accueil et la fluidité de communication avec la propriétaire nous ont aussi facilité le séjour ! La piscine encore fraîche en cette saison a ravi les plus courageux ! Nous conseillons vivement cette location !

Erholsame Tage am Ortasee

Sehr schönes Haus mit eigenem Pool. Ideal für Hundebesitzer, das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. Sehr nervig war der bellende Hund des Nachbarn. Wandermöglichkeiten in der Umgebung sind nur mit den Auto zu erreichen. Ebenso muss man für den Besuch von Restaurants das Auto benutzen. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier richtig!

Super Haus

Das Haus ist mit 2 WC/ Duschen, voll ausgestatteter Küche., bequeme Betten und komplett eingezäunt der Hammer. Der neue Pool war bei Gross und Klein beliebt.Und unser Hund genoss den Auslauf. Mit hat mit dem Auto zum See ca.10min.je nach Strand.Das suchen eines PP war immer Glücksache, jetzt in der Hochsaison sollte man bis 10.00Uhr losfahren.Wir waren beim öffentlichen gratis Strand in Orta san Giulio, genügend Schatten vorhanden.Daneben gleich gebührenpflichtig mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen.( Teuer) Der See war angenehm

Ohne Moskitos wäre es perfekt gewesen

Schönes Haus mit tollem Garten und Pool. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Ein wunderschöner Ort mit einem See, der zum Baden und Paddeln, sowie einer Umgebung, die zu vielen tollen Ausflügen einlädt. Mit 6 Personen war es etwas eng, aber wir waren fairerweise gewarnt. Ich muss leider nur wegen der Moskitos einen Punkt abziehen, die kamen sobald die Sonne weg war, besonders in der Abenddämmerung. Das hat uns die entspannten Abende mit einem Wein im Garten vermiest, auf die wir uns so gefreut hatten.

Tolles Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Nach ein paar Jahren waren wir zum zweiten Mal hier. Das Haus war beim ersten Besuch eigentlich schon perfekt. Jetzt wurden die Räume umgestaltet und modernisiert und ein ganz toller Pool im Garten eingebaut und alles ist noch schöner geworden. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, mit vielen Informationen und Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir werden gerne mal wieder kommen!

Klein aber fein

Das nettestes und ausführlichstes Check-in das wir je hatten. Alles sehr sauber, gut ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Dolce Gusto Maschine, …). Relativ kleiner Wohnbereich, dafür grosser, hundegeeigneter Garten. Gerne mal wieder!

Das Haus ist in Ordnung und hat alles was man braucht. Schönes eingezäuntes Grundstück. Ruhige Lage außerhalb der Ortschaft. Der Pool ist groß genug und zur Abkühlung sehr angenehm. Das Wetter ist am südlichen Teil vom Ortasee immer etwas besser als rundherum. Das nahe Borgomanero bietet sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Besonders toll war der sehr freundliche Kontakt mit der Verwalterin Ilaria. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder !

Un superbe séjour

Nous avons passé 15 jours formidables : un accueil très sympathique (et en français !) d'Ilaria qui a été disponible pendant tout le séjour (merci pour ses précieux conseils ! ), la maison est très bien située (plein de promenades à pied possibles), elle est très agréable (propre, pratique, cuisine bien équipée, une terrasse et une véranda pour manger à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur), une petite piscine que l'on apprécie après les balades. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Posizionata nei pressi del Lago d’Orta, casa Zara è proprio come viene presentata. Un bel giardino spazioso, una comoda piscina, un bella veranda è una casa dotata di tutto il necessario e anche di più. Molto gentile e disponibile la sig.ra Ilaria, attenta a risolvere immediatamente anche il più piccolo problema. Come migliorare ulteriormente? Forse, vista la zona, sarebbero utili le zanzariere alle finestre; un po’ fastidioso il cane dei vicini.

Alles Super

Wir fühlten uns richtig wohl, kommen gerne wieder. Nur hier ein kleiner Tipp: Der Pool müsste etwas modernisiert und renoviert werden. Aber trotzdem im grünen Bereich. Wir hatten mit unsere kleinen Chihuahua Dame Bella eine super Urlaubszeit. Wir wurden super betreut, auf alle unsere Fragen bekamen sofort Infos und Antwort. Nochmals Vielen Dank liebe Ilaria.

heerlijk verblijf !

Een fijne woning die van alle gemakken voorzien is. Een complete keuken, en een leuk zitje buiten met zicht op de Monte Rosa bij helder weer. Een fris en schoon zwembad (wel ondiep), en de huurster is een aardige vrouw die er alles aan doet om je verblijf een echte vakantie te laten zijn. De omgeving is erg mooi, je bent in 5 autominuten in t plaatsje Orta di san giulio. Een uitstapje naar Alpyland (Laggio Maggiore) is tevens een aanrader.

Lovely holiday house close to a beautiful lake

When I asked some Italian friends about the most beautiful lake in Italy, they all mentioned "il Lago d'Orta". We decided to spend a week near the lake and were not disappointed. We liked the ancient villages of Orta San Giulo and Pella, the hikes around Ameno and the stunning views from the top of the Mottarone mountain, as well as the restaurants with great food. We equally liked Casa Zara with its nice garden and refreshing pool. The house is very clean and has everything you need (including a well-equipped kitchen and a strong and reliable internet connection). The host is very welcoming and helpful. We had a really good time there!

Soggiorno a Oikos Orta

Vogliamo ringraziarvi per la vostra ospitalità. Tutta la famiglia è piaciuto il posto essendo un posto tranquillo e con tutto il necessario per trascorrere alcuni giorni con la famiglia spettacolare. La casa è molto comuda, ha un ampio spazio. Nel complesso è stato tutto spettacolare. 👍

Mooie streek, goede woning

Lago d’Orta is een heel mooie plek voor je vakantie. Niet megadruk, maar wel genoeg te doen voor een weekje aangename vakantie. Het meer is ook zo proper en helder. Een plezier om in te zwemmen. Het huis ligt dichter bij de straat en de buren dan gedacht en de muggen kunnen een echte plaag zijn. Maar het decor en de hulpvaardigheid van de host maakten dat ruimschoots goed. Tips: 1/ ga een dagje naar Milaan met de trein en loop op het dak van de duomo daar. 2/ huur een kano en vaar op het meer. 3/ ga naar een klein publiek strandje met een bar zoals Chioscolo, maar best op een weekdag.

Lovely house in beautiful area

The house is much nicer than the photos, everything is provided and the host is really kind and helpful. If there is a downside, and it's the only thing that stopped me giving the review five stars, is the fact that that one side of the house is overlooked by the neighbours, other than that it's just as described.

Very nice house in a fantastic beautyfull area.

Veludstyret hus med dejlig have, med gode terrasser og lille pool. Ligger i et utroligt smukt område, som ikke er overrendt af turister. Gode muligheder for vandreture og cykling. Dejlige småbyer rundt om søen, specielt Orta San Guilo. Flot køretur til Lago Maggorie, over bjergene. Vi fik en fin og venlig behandling af Illoria der formidler udlejningen. Huset er nemt at finde, ligger lidt højt i forhold til vejen, hvor der er begrænset trafik om aftenen og natten. Vi kan absolut anbefale dette område og huset.
