Welcome to Northstar Apartment in St Anne's Square in the very heart of Belfast's vibrant Cathedral Quarter. This is the perfect City Centre base for your stay in Belfast whether your visit is for business or pleasure. Our apartment will sleep 4 guests in comfort in two double bedrooms. The apartment has recently been completely renovated in luxurious style and is equipped with every amenity to make for an unforgettable stay.
Relax
Guest comfort and safety is our top priority. We use a professional cleaning company who adhere to all Airbnb cleaning protocols and our apartment and linens are all professionally cleaned and laundered after each stay . The apartment also has gas and smoke alarms.
Living Room
The apartment has an open plan living room and juliette balcony with stunning view overlooking the piazza at St Anne's Square.
For your comfort and entertainment the living room provides an impressive 60" Panasonic 4k Smart TV with Netflix subscription, complimentary Wifi, 3 seater sofa and two comfy chairs overlooking the piazza, and table with 4 chairs.
Kitchen
There is a full kitchen with conventional oven, hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washer dryer, iron and ironing board. Tea and coffee are included with Nespresso coffee making facilities. Complimentary snacks are provided to extend a warm welcome.
Bedroom 1 / Ensuite
The main bedroom has a premium King size bed, wardrobe, USB charging point, Wifi or wired broadband, hairdryer, and fully tiled luxury en-suite with shower and toilet, and underfloor heating. The bedroom window looks over the piazza beneath at St Anne's Square.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has a double bed, USB charging point and Wifi access. The window also looks over the piazza below at St Anne's Square.
Bathroom
The brand new luxurious fully tiled bathroom has a large shower and toilet, and is provided with shaver socket / charging point, and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is kept cosy with Gas central heating that also provides instant hot water. The tiled floors in the bathroom and en-suite are kept warm with underfloor heating.
PureGym is open 24/7 in St Anne's Square and offers day passes for a small fee for visitors.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment including a roomy store for luggage storage.
For your convenience, check in is contactless , just give me a call when you are at the door and I will open it remotely , so you can arrive anytime after 3pm . (Don’t worry if you get held up ! )

St Anne's Square is home to the MAC theatre and superb restaurants such as Coppi, Buba, and House of Zen. Close by are Made in Belfast , Six by Nico , the Muddlers Club and Berts Jazz Bar at the Merchant Hotel . Also to start your day with a buzz adjacent to the entranced our apartment is fabulous artisan coffee shop Established, which is open for breakfast from 7.00 AM and worth a visit at any time of day.
St Anne's Square is at the centre of the Cathedral Quarter which is Belfast's top entertainment destination with numerous hotels including The Merchant, top quality restaurants and the hippest bars and clubs in the City. The Square is also adjacent to the Belfast campus for Ulster University.
As our apartment is in the city centre guests can go out exploring but can easily nip back for a little rest or to make lunch and then head out again . Also after dinner or drinks you can walk home without the need for driving or taxis .
Driving
Our apartment is easily accessible from the M1 motorway and there is a secure 24 hour monitored car park attached to the apartment complex . ( Charges apply) .
There is also free on street parking between 6pm and 8am if you can find a spot.
Flying
Our apartment is a 10 minute taxi ride from Belfast City George Best Airport and approximately 40 minutes coach ride from Belfast International Airport .
Belfast's premier shopping centre is only a short walk away (350m). Victoria Square is home to House of Fraser and over 70 other international and local brands, restaurants and the Odeon cinema.
St Anne's Square is also an ideal base for sightseeing with Titanic Museum, St George's Market and the Waterfront Hall all within a 15 minute walk or less.
For the business traveller the apartment is within less than 10 minutes taxi ride from Belfast City George Best Airport and within walking distance or short taxi ride to Belfast Harbour Estate, City Centre, Titanic Quarter, Waterfront Hall, Ulster University, Queen's University and Financial Quarter.
Centra convenience store, Tesco Express & Lidl are all located nearby.
WiFi
The network name and password for the complimentary WiFi is provided here and is also written on the router which is located on the small table beside the sofa.
Hot Water and Heating
The apartment is supplied with complimentary central heating using a Gas Boiler. The control console for the central heating is on the wall by the sofa in the living room. The 1st button on the left is the power button and this toggles between off, hot water (tap symbol visible) and hot water plus central heating (radiator symbol visible). Hot Water is heated instantly on demand - so there is no need to wait for water to heat but the tap symbol must be visible on the console. The 2nd button from the left toggles between manual (hand symbol) and timer mode (clock symbol). The heating will be left on timer mode and if you wish to turn on the heating for extra time press the second button from the left to turn on manual mode as required.
House Rules
The apartment is fitted with smoke detectors and No Smoking is permitted in the apartment at any time.
Strictly no parties are allowed and no visitors or unregistered guests are to be brought to the apartment without the express permission of the host.
Please respect other residents right to peace and quiet at all times, and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
If you do not abide by these rules you have broken our contract and you will forfeit the security deposit and in certain cases be asked to leave.
Check out Procedure
Check out is by 11 AM. A time will be agreed with you at check in to return the key and check apartment.
All dishes should be washed and returned to the cupboards where you found them.
All waste is to be brought to the bin store on ground floor facing the lift and correctly separated into food waste and recyclables (sorting guide is in the guest directory).
Our cleaning contractor will charge extra for removing waste and washing dirty dishes, and any extras will be charged against the security deposit.

The apartment is beautifully located with an outlook over St Anne's Square from the living room and both bedrooms. Whilst there is a pleasant buzz of activity in the Square the apartment is quiet and completely free of traffic noise. This is simply the best location in Belfast; in the centre of Cathedral Quarter with the best restaurants, bars and tourist attractions, convenient to the main shopping areas of Victoria Square and Royal Avenue, and within easy walking distance to Titanic, St George's Market and other Belfast attractions.

The apartment has recently been tastefully refurbished to a high standard of luxury. It is snug and comfortable with Gas central heating, instant hot water and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with every amenity you might require for self catering including a Nespresso coffee maker.
