FARMHOUSE MONTESALCE-YELLOW APARTMENT

The guest house is located within the farmhouse. A typical stone farmhouse (in ancient maps we talk about "Badia Montesalce") overlooking the Valdichiascio, in open countryside, but only 10 minutes from Gubbio, 35 from Perugia, 40 from Assisi. The area is well served by buses. We are right at the footpath of St. Francis's path. The ancient stone farmhouse consists of 4 apartments + 1 double bedroom with bathroom (studio without kitchen) all with independent entrance. All have their own outside area with table and deck chairs available to guests. The apartments can accommodate from two to six people and consist of a living room with fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Outside tables and deckchairs, two large barbecues (one typical Umbrian, the "focone", a typical Valtellina, the "pioda") and other three smaller ones, plenty of green space available for guests, trails that can be covered on foot or by mountain -bike.
Trails in the woods and surrounding fields allow for relaxing walks, hiking or mountain biking (available for guests free of charge).
Guests can do various activities with our pets as well, if they like to be "peasants for a day" by playing small and relaxing farm jobs with us.
Courses, cooking, art therapy and holistic massages are other activities on the Montesalce farm.
The GIALLO apartment is a two-room apartment on two floors, very well-kept in detail, cozy and fully equipped, consisting of living room / kitchen with single sofa bed, bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and two single beds. The view from the windows on the Valdichiascio hills is spectacular! in beautiful days you can admire the Sibillini Mountains and Mount Vettore.
The rate shown is for daily rent. It is also possible to have breakfast and dinner, which can be booked directly on arrival.
