An exceptional place "Ecusson Center Ville" of Nîmes

In the city center, next to the square house, the media library Carré d'Art Nîmes, and bullring.
Place in the heart of the escutcheon, this furnished apartment will fill you completely.
2 bedrooms, 1 living room, kitchen dining room and a bathroom and of course the internet connection.
Parking Place d'Assas 50 meters from the apartment.
Our animal friends are not allowed.

The apartment will be available from 15h the day of your arrival.
A deposit of 200 € will be required upon your arrival and returned on your departure after checking the apartment (apartment made clean and in good condition). The final cleaning will be at your expense and you will be offered optional 30 € cleaning. Bed linen and towels are included for the number of people booked, renewed every full week.
Please give us the exact number of people expected.
The apartment must be vacated no later than 11am on the day of departure.

Beautiful home in the heart of Nimes

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The owner met us and was a delightful person who made sure we knew how everything worked and answered all our questions. She was also available easily through VRBO if we needed anything. The home is located very centrally in Nimes making it easy to walk within the old downtown. There is shopping near by, churches and Roman ruins literally steps away. Plenty of restaurants as well.

Nous étions là pour assister au festival flamenco qui se tenait au théâtre de Nîmes tout proche, 2 minutes à pied, idéal !L'appartement était très agréable, salon, salle à manger, cuisine, chambres, salle de bain.Nous nous sommes très bien plu et l'hôtesse est charmante et aux petits soins! Charming hostess who will go out of her way to help you with your visit. Location is accessible to parking and public transportation and all major attractions. Well equipped apartment in a beautiful old building, however, it is on a street with several restaurants and cafes which are open late. Breakfast was provided for the first day. Nimes is located within easy driving distance of several areas in Camargue and Provence, so it is a great central location. Highly recommend.
