Flat located in a very familiar and quiet community. It is ground floor with a large private garden and fantastic sea views, situated only 800 metres from Platja Fonda beach. Distributed in a spacious living-dining room with exit to the garden, a refurbished and equipped kitchen, a bathroom, two double bedrooms (one of them en suite and with bathroom) and one single bedroom. Bright terrace with porch and large private garden. Access to communal garden with 12x5m swimming pool. Parking space for 1 car in the garage of the property. HUTG 009174-18
