Charming little independent chalet with fenced plot, located in St Gervais les Bains, about 450 m from the cable cars and 1.5 km from the heart of the village. Bus and SNCF stations, Thermes du Fayet about 5km. Calm environment.
2 Bedrooms with balcony and view of the dome des miages and the Mont Blanc massif on the south side of the chalet.
On the back north side chalet overlooking the Aravis range and view of the village of Saint Gervais on the west side.

Non-smoking chalet and Pets not allowed.

Construction date of the chalet: 2008

Village center 10/15 minutes on foot.

Shuttle stop at the cable car to reach the village center.

Living room with kitchen area and lounge (30m2) equipped with oven and microwave, extractor hood, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, pressure cooker, raclette and fondue appliances, 4 gas hotplates, battery full kitchen, dishes.

Chalet très agréable

Le chalet est très agréable, bien équipé, très calme et avec un très beau panorama (vue sur le massif du Mont Blanc). L'accueil par une voisine a été très bon. Séjour très agréable et reposant. Maintenant il reste à recevoir la caution prélevée par Abritel d'office...

Chalet très cosy très fonctionnel et bien situé

Petit bémol : les radiateurs font un peu de bruit quand ils fonctionnent Mais propriétaires très disponibles pour renseigner et prise/rendu des clés très facile grâce à la voisine

Excellent séjour à saint Gervais

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce petit chalet indépendant de saint Gervais. Bon emplacement dans un endroit calme un peu en hauteur tout en étant proche des télécabines. Bien équipé, propre. Nous le recommandons.
