Villa Pascal A is a characteristic and welcoming independent house surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps five people. From Villa Pascal A you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Pascal A is 65 square meters (700 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from Capri Leone, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at 5 km (roughly 3 miles). You will reach Villa Pascal A from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Pascal A you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. Villa Pascal A, B and C are part of a small complex located in the Sicilian countryside.


The apartments Villa Pascal are divided in two separate houses. Villa Pascal A, a cozy indipendent house, and Villa Pascal B and C, that are part of another villa. The complex can host up to 13 people.


The complex is sourrounded by a wonderful garden from where, after walking through a fragrant lemon plantage, you can reach a large shared swimming pool.


Please note: for the maintainance of the garden will be possible to find gardeners on site.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.

Garden
The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal.  Patio
The patio is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a swing. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is professional-grade, equipped with a two-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room also has two windows with a view of the greenery.
Mezzanine Level
In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it climbing 12 steps. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The mezzanine has a window with a view of the greenery and it has an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. This room has no door. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the greenery.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
