This cosy holiday home, located close to the Wieder Bodden sea and with a nice sauna in the garden, is located in Wiek. The house has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people, ideal for a family or household. The house has a nice garden with a terrace, an outdoor sauna (included) and parking.

Water sports opportunities are plenty here. You can try kiteboarding, sailing, surfing, and angling. The Baltic Sea beaches in Juliusruh, Bakenberg and Nonnevitz, are at 7 km. There are also options to check out Kap Arkona, the fishing village of Vitt, or the Ralswiek open-air theatre. The place has all facilities within reach with the town center, supermarket, and restaurants at 300 m.

The house is recently built and has a cozy living-dining room with fireplace. In the open kitchen, you can prepare meals of choice. You can enjoy the sun from the terrace or furnished garden and enjoy barbecued meals in the evenings. Cot, high chair, baby bath, and insect screens are present. Bicycle storage and parking are also arranged.

Wunderbar erholt

Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholen können. Hafen und Versorgungsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Bäcker) sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man kann herrlich an Feldern und Wiesen entlangspazieren, ist schnell am Wasser und hat eine schöne Aussicht auf die Insel Hiddensee. Die Badestrände z. B. in Glowe/Juliusruh sind mit dem Auto auch schnell erreicht - was für uns allerdings im Herbst eher unwichtig war :) Das Haus bietet alles, um auch Schlecht-Wetter-Tage zu überstehen. Reichlich Bücher für Groß und Klein und eine riesige Spiele-Truhe sind vorhanden. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Toller Urlaub mit tollem Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist ruhig gelegen im Wohngebiet in Wiek. Für 4 Erwachsene (oder 6) sowie 2 Kinder ist es gut geeignet. Insbesondere für kleiner Kinder gibt es Treppengitter, eine Badewanne, Hocker in den Bädern etc. Das Ferienhaus war super sauber. Der Hausverwalter war telefonisch immer zu erreichen und sehr freundlich und auskunftsfreudig.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön und vollständig ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig und idyllisch. Es gab mehrere Treppengitter für Kinder. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Fliegengitter waren vorhanden. Sitzmöglichkeiten im Innen- und Außenbereich waren ausreichend vorhanden und in gutem Zustand. Die sanitären Einrichtungen waren sauber, funktionstüchtig und einfach zu nutzen. Der zuständige Hausverwalter war telefonisch gut zu erreichen, pünktlich und freundlich. Zusätzliche Buchungen (Bettwäsche-Handtücherpaket) wurden eingehalten und umgesetzt. Die Details zur Kurtaxe wurden telefonisch vor Urlaubsantritt geklärt. Dieses Ferienhaus ist für bis zu 6 Personen definitiv weiterzuempfehlen und sein Geld wert.

Super Aufenthalt
