Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche on Zingst. Der Ort ist schön, toller Strand, gastfreundliche Gastronomie, viel zu entdecken. Das Preis- Leistungsfähigkeit der Unterkunft hat jedoch überhaupt nicht gestimmt. Wenn Sie das Haus direkt über Frau Thalheim über Ostseereisen oder zingst.de buchen erhalten Sie einen angemesseneren Preis von ca 130 Eur/Tag. Wobei wir dafür schon moderner ausgestattete Wohnungen gebucht haben. 178 Eur war der Preis von Bella Vista: total überteuert und unangemessen für diese Unterkunft. Geht gar nicht. Der Kontakt zur Vermieteri war freundlich..Das Haus vor allem die Schlafzimmer sind klamm und feucht. Das Foto der Küche ist falsch. In der Küche befindet sich keine Bank sondern ein Holztisch und Stühle .

Zingst ist eine wunderschöner Ort, das Ferienhaus besitzt 5 Betten.

Gute Lage aber absolut marode Unterkunft

Diese Ferienwohnung ist in einem sehr schlechten, abgewohnten Zustand und entspricht in keiner Weise dem üblichen Standard. Das Haus ist sehr alt, das Mobiliar noch viel älter. Elektrische Leitungen sollten dringend erneuert werden, da Sie nicht einer öffentlichen Vermietung entsprechen. Die Fliesen der Terrasse sind kaputt. Neben uns gab es eine ganze Armee von Ameisen als Untermieter. Das Licht im Bad gleicht einer Nachttischlampe und aus einem Bett im 2. Schlafzimmer ragen 5 cm hohe Schrauben (für Kinder besonders geeignet). Das einzig positive ist der umzäunte Garten. Allerdings haben wir vergeblich die Sonnenliegen gesucht. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist mehr als schlecht, nicht weiterzuempfehlen.
