Decription:
New apartment with a very spacious bedroom with double bed and bed-sofa. Spacious living room with a chaise longue bed-sofa and integrated kitchen. The whole apartment is exterior with large windows overlooking the Boulevard, next to El Corte Ingles. Heating and air conditioning.

The location of the apartment is perfect to visit the city. It is very close to the main monuments of the city as it is to the gastronomic and commercial area as well.

ACCESS ELECTRONIC LOCK: We have an automatic check-in system, so you should not worry about the time of arrival. Through a mobile application, which is sent prior to your arrival, you can comfortably access the apartment.

Big Mistake! Four days booked we left after one! Property not fit to be on VRBO books.

WiFi info wrong. Washing machine full of washing (probably still there). Every plate & cup cracked & chipped. No dish towel. Black soles of feet from walking barefoot through apartment. Sofa & cushions grubby & stained. Curtains moth eaten. Bed broken. Hand shower part of shower broken. FitKey (the agent) told us in vrbo messages that washing in machine was normal cycle of things. Also that we should have told them about the apartment immediately we got there. We were tired from travelling and didn’t note things ‘til the next day. But clearly our fault. Silly us.

The WIFI information was provided as soon as I arrived at the apartment and in the same information with the entry instructions I had the information. Our team explained their concerns about the dishwasher in a message (this service is not offered in our ad). In any case, we have taken note of all your comments to improve our services and offer something better to future guests, All the best,

Todo genial, tanto localizacion como limpieza del apartamento. Se dejan varios utensilios ya sea la plancha cubiertos cafetera... Una cama muy muy comoda (el colchon) aunque un poco ruidosa. No molestaban nada el ruido de afuera y en mi caso tampoco nos molestaron los vecinos ni nada parecido. El aire acondicionado perfecto tambien
