My accommodation is near the beach. You will like the accommodation for these reasons: the house has a magnificent terrace on the roof with deck chairs, armchairs, umbrellas, and a whirlpool, there is a small garden for children, the comfort of the bed, and the kitchen. The accommodation is suitable for couples, business travelers, and families (with children). It is located on the first floor with a balcony, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, and parking, near the sandy beach, and beach facilities.

*Pets are not allowed.

*The registration fee of €7 per person is to be paid in cash upon arrival.

* Final cleaning to be paid upon arrival €65 in cash

* Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside.

* We ask our kind guests:

- to respect neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,
- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to agree on the collection of the keys.

* The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am on the last day of stay.


* Personalized transport is possible (for example airport accommodation, ...)
