The room with bathroom is on the first floor of a family house in Zambrattia that also offers other apartments. The house has a great location a few steps from the sea and the beach. The bedroom with double bed has a private entrance and balcony, private bathroom with shower, refrigerator, satellite TV, coffee machine, Wifi internet connection, air conditioning.
Free private parking is in front of the house.
It is not possible to book breakfast.

At 150 m there is a small grocery store, while at 200 m you will find the fish market, bakery, various bars near the beach where you can enjoy a good coffee, drinks, or fast food while admiring the sea. In the village there are several typical Istrian restaurants offering menus of fresh fish, meat, antipasti, risotto and more.
In Zambrattia there is a wide choice of sandy beaches, ideal for children and families where it is possible to rent beach umbrellas and deckchairs, rocky and uncrowded natural beaches for those who love tranquility and swimming, there are also small beaches with gravel just do a few hundred meters along the coast.
The city center of Umag is only 4 km far from the town (approx. 5 minutes by car).
The city of Umag offers countless events and evenings during the summer months, for the young public there are various festivals, open-air concerts and clubbing that during the Umag tennis tournament in Umag intensify.
For families with children parks and beaches suitable for children, in the center of Umag the playground, stalls, games room for children "Play & fun", many interesting trips by coach or boat can book on arrival or during your stay at the Trevitours agency.
Just 25 minutes by car, in the village of Nova Vas, the joy of all children is the amusement park Aquapark Istralandia, suitable for all ages, here fun is guaranteed.

It was Nice and clean . Perfect location The room was a bit too small . In the diskription on web site it Said there was a coffee maschine but there was not any . So wee had to go to a shop to buy every day .

Lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Die Klimaanlage war aufgrund Schimmelbefalls nicht benutzbar, Dusche war unsauber und lief nicht ab. Die auf den Bildern dargestellte Terrasse ist zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung der ca 6 Ferienwohnungen in diesem Haus gedacht. Lage war allerdings top. Bett und Kühlschrank Waffen gut. Fazit: zum drin schlafen ausreichend, für einen längeren Aufenthalt zum drin wohlfühlen leider nicht geeignet
