Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, nahe zum Zentrum. Man kann mit den Bussen ganz Valencia bereisen . Hier fühlt man sich dem spanischen Leben näher als in sonstwo.

Very Spacious & Bright 2 bedroom Apartment

This apartment is the best one that we rented in Spain. It would have been a 5 Star if it had WIFI. Jose is a great host and addressed any issues immediately. He was very prompt and courteous. The apartment is very well maintained. The apartment is fully equipped with a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, lots of closet space. The apartment has a lot of nice touches that others don't such as a vanity mirror, lots of mirror space, lots of lighting, 2 bathrooms, the kitchen had everything that you needed. The location is also great as it's a few blocks out of the touristy area so you have the choice to go eat locally or in the touristy areas. It was also only 2 kms from the city center so we were able to park the car in the free parking on the street and walk everywhere. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a home away from home. Lyne & Michael

Schöne Wohnung in optimaler Lage, bestens geeignet für einen Urlaub

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch den Eigentümer Jose. Die hübsche, lichtdurchflutete Wohnung wurde von ihm mit viel Liebe zum Detail und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles, was man benötigt, ist vorhanden. Lage: optimal für einen touristischen Aufenthalt in Valencia. In der Nähe gibt es Stationen für mehrere Buslinien, sodaß sowohl die Altstadt als auch viele andere Sehenswürdigkeiten dieser liebenswerten Stadt problemlos erreicht werden können. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, daß der Stadtteil Russafa sehr quirlig und von vielen jungen Leuten bewohnt ist. Unzählige Restaurants, kleine Bars und Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs liegen in fußläufiger Nähe zur Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße, befindet sich jedoch auf der Rückseite des Hauses und ist erstaunlich ruhig. Nicht geeignet für Rollstuhlfahrer, da es sich um eine Maisonette-Wohnung handelt, die sich im 6. und 7. Stock befindet.
