We had a wonderful stay in Valencia in this apartment. The hosts, Enrique and Margarita, were very friendly and helpful, meeting us at the apartment and explaining the sights, transportation, etc. The apartment is large and comfortable and the well-stocked kitchen and nearby market and grocery store made cooking easy. The location is great for seeing the many sights of the old town and it was easy to take the bus to the beach. I would definitely recommend.

Enrique is a great communicator and arrived on time to greet us. He took time to explain the apartment, points of interest, restaurants, public transportation and answered all our questions. The apartment is in a great location. Great restaurants are close by or can be easily reached with public transportation. Thanks Margarita and Enrique for a fantastic time at your place and lovely city

A great apartment in the old city of Valencia! Walking distance to many sights, restaurants, and the grocery store. The bus system was relatively easy to navigate if we needed to use it. The hosts were very communicative and the apartment was well stocked with everything we needed for our 9 days there.Thank you!

The apartment was very clean, well equipped to cook meals at home and very close to everything ( groceries store, market, bakery, and sites of interest) The train station was within walking distance. And it was great being so close to everything in the old town. Enrique was very helpful to explain the functioning of the apartment, and advising us on restaurants, day trips and museums. As mentioned by another guest there is noise from the street at night but I think that is expected in a larger city. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very safe in this area.

This was our first time in Valencia and we fell in love with the food and the people, and of course, the huge sandy beaches. The apartment was wonderful! The apartment was lovely. Exactly as advertised and very spacious. It was the perfect location for exploring old town Valencia, we greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a central, close to everything location. Or just anyone looking for a really nice apartment in Valencia. Margarita y Enrique were wonderful hosts. They provided us with maps and lots of information regarding the city as well as how to get around and places to visit. Although we didn't have any problems, they live close by so are available should you need them for any reason

An amazing place to stay!

This is one of the best places me and my family have stayed at! The apartment was beautiful and the location was absolutely perfect. The host was very helpful in getting us set up and gave us some wonderful recommendations for Valencia! They made our whole stay perfect!

Lovely comfortable and spacious apartment in a great central location. Plenty of bars, restaurants, shops nearby. Bit of noise at weekend nights as it’s a popular area for tourists and locals. Kitchen is extremely well equipped and lunch areas are gracefully furnished. Enrique and Margarita were super reponsivr and accommodating. I was met at the apartment and they both took the time to talk me through local sights, bus routes etc.
