Located in a 1500 building, in the heart of the old town, 100 meters from Giobatta Grimaldi palace, Galleria Nazionale Palazzo Spinola, 150 meters from the Genoa Aquarium and the Old Port and 300 meters from the new road and its museums. The apartment is self-heating, equipped with air conditioning, TV, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, Sky, Netflix, MacBook Pro, microwave oven, Apple TV and anything else necessary for a comfortable stay. It is very bright.

Super fin lille lejlighed . Rigtig god beliggenhed. Vi var to afsted - det var godt at vi ikke var flere. Meget fin kommunikation med udlejer der var meget hjælpsom.

Convenient

Location was convenient and Alex was extremely communicative. The neighborhood is typical of a port area. Convenient walk to via Garibaldi and amazing sunset overlook but be prepared for dirty smelly streets. The apartment says it can sleep four but we could only find two pillows. Thought it could be a little cleaner. Not tidier, cleaner.

I bought a few months ago in a building of 1500, and I thought it was perfect to be rented, it was renovated by an architect using typically Ligurian materials such as slate, and I have practically all the comforts that I have in my apartment
