Location: Ideal geographic location with access to Tuscany's most coveted destinations.

- 85km from the Cinque Terre National Park
- 100km from Florence
- 120km from the Chianti wine region, and some of the most beautiful vineyards in Italy

The Residence:
The house is situated at the top of a 7 hectare (17 acre) terraced olive grove which has sweeping, unobstructed, panoramic views of Tuscan hillsides. Guests can enjoy poolside relaxation at the bottom of the grove, and evening drinks at the top of the hill in our moon garden. While there are certainly many excursions to take and places to explore, many guests choose to spend most of their time with the captivating vista and gentle breezes that have come to characterize the hillside.

Overview of the House:

Ground floor (outdoors): Three different outdoor dining areas, brick bread/pizza oven, grand fig tree, and tall hedges to create privacy from the courtyard parking area (which can accommodate 3 cars).

Ground floor (indoors): Living-room with fireplace, library, kitchen, washer/dryer and half-bath powder room.

Second floor:
- Study with cable television/Blu-ray DVD
- Master bedroom with fireplace, en suite master bathroom (Shower room & bathtub, with separate sink basins), Queen-sized mattress

- Bathroom with shower room and bathtub

Staff:
LeTreCase has a full-time chef, cleaning lady, gardener and house manager, all of whom can be available to serve you as you wish. The house manager is immediately accessible, and we can make arrangements for meal preparation and cleaning with advance notice and additional cost.

We would recommend our chef's fresh-made bread in the outdoor bread oven as well as homemade pizza. She is happy to share her recipes and teach you to make pasta.

Great vacation

We were a group of two families with 6 kids and stayed for two weeks in this exceptionally charming house. The house is situated in the tuscan hills near Lucca and offers spacious and tastefully furnished rooms (most of them with en suite bathrooms) as well as a large garden with pool. The house manager as well as the housekeeper were very attentive and helpful - they took care of all our needs. We really enjoyed our vacation at Le Tre Case - many thanks also to the hosts / owner family for sharing their family home with us!

Comfortable and bespoke villa

We had a great experience at the Villa, it is well stocked with everything you need and the hosts are fantastic to deal with. The location allows you to sit back and relax or take the short trip to Lucca or other small sights and sounds of the area.

Heaven

We could not have found a better place to stay! The house is perfect in all ways - location (good access to many places), cleanliness, ambiance, and beautiful. Our contact people, Cristina and Simonetta, were so helpful and attentive to all our needs - we never had to worry about anything. Thank you all so much.

Stayed for a week in this lovely home and area. Cannot say enough about how positive the experience was from start to finish. The whole team treated us like family and made sure everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend a stay at Le Tre Case!

Heaven!

Our trip to Le Tre Case was just amazing. You park your car, walk around a hedge and have your breath taken away by the view of Tuscan hills. The house, house manager and housekeeper were all spectacular. We came with family and friends to get away and could not have asked for more. Thank you for sharing your home!

The Perfect Italian getaway

We stayed in this magnificent villa in July 2018 with our family of 10 (including 2 small children). It was magical! The lookout unto the Tuscan mountains from the main seating area outside is a wonderful way to spend the morning, evening or any time of day. The rooms were perfect for our 3 families - enough bathrooms for everyone. Its a perfect distance to the town of Lucca, one can spend many days there getting lost amoung the windy streets. The pool area is breathtaking, very relaxing and serene. This place is a true paradise! Loved the daily cleaning service provided and our contact in Italy was very quick to get back to us regarding anything we needed. We would go back tomorrow if we could! Thank you for a wonderful family holiday

A lovely place with plenty of space and amenities. The grounds are beautiful with a lovely pool.

We stayed at Le Tre Case the first week of August, 2018. The location of the villa is ideal for exploring nearby Lucca. The tight roads leading up to the villa was tough to navigate as first but we soon got used to it. It is about 20 minutes from Lucca, 45 minutes from Pisa, and 90 minutes from Florence. We flew into the Pisa airport. We were met by the manager and the housekeeper upon arrival. We had asked the housekeeper to make dinner for us on our arrival night. It was a lovely meal after a long day of travel! The manager Cristina and housekeeper Simonetta were both extremely friendly and helpful. Cristina helped us set up our dinner reservations for the week and also made great recommendations for places to eat and visit nearby. There were basic items in the pantry to use. We even made pizza in the outdoor pizza oven one night. The bedrooms were spacious and there were plenty of fans to help keep us cool during a very hot week. The pool was lovely and was used daily. We look forward to returning to this area again soon!

Authentic house and experience

My family and I had a wonderful time at this house. The family that owns it was very responsive and thoughtful. They have a terrific house manager and cleaning/cooking staff that helped us feel welcome. The location is fantastic and close to a handful of amazing countryside towns. The house is authentic and clearly important to the family. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Feels like you actually LIVE in Tuscany!

A rare property in its determination to preserve the life and lifestyle of the Camaiore with virtually all of the modern conveniences, Le Tre Case offered an exceptional vacation experience. One arrives through roads lined with mature trees that bend toward one another, until a small sign indicates a right turn upward. Through fields & forest, the sound of breezes & a distant suggestion of water make it plain that life is different here: slower, more sensuous. Then, a sharp left & down a small hill. Are we there yet? A small yet wholly adequate parcheggio appears, surrounded by dense green hedges, rose bushes clinging to wooden fences & the scent of air uniquely verdant. Through a small green opening, the beauty of the landscape unfolds in every direction, though in its center, this old stone house, so stoic yet softened by drapes that capture the breeze. The house is simple yet spacious. One enters into a small yet perfectly adequate kitchen, with modern appliances, then through a living room whose door opens to the outside, with a breathtaking view of the mountains that stretch out before it &, down the hill, an in-ground swimming pool with a large umbrella that presides above it. There are 5 bedrooms, all spacious and comfortably accommodating to two people each; 3 bedrooms have en suite baths, while the remaining two share a large bath. Wifi throughout. The house manager greeted us on arrival, providing a tour & area insights, & she was readily (& virtually immediately) available by text for any assistance we might need, including reservations. A housekeeper arrived daily and tended to everything. She is also available to cook, & prepared a feast for us the day we arrived. Our group enjoyed it as we dined outdoors, the evening alight with countless candles. Magical! Orbicciano is a quiet village with grocer and baker, but Le Tre Case is a 20 minute drive to Lucca, an ancient city with countless shops & diverse dining. Ristorante All-Olivo in Lucca was divine! As good as any restaurant in Rome or New York, with an intimate ambiance created by its family owners. Cinque Terre is an amazing natural destination that has been built just enough to serve its visitors without ruining its essence. And Forte dei Marmi, often referred to as the St. Tropez of Italy, has all the world's luxury brands. We preferred dinner at Pesce Barracca, a feast as fun as it was delicious! Easy to recommend without reservations!

Heaven in Tuscany

This house is a perfect blend of old world charm and history and modern convenience and comfort. It's a perfect location for a home base while exploring nearby cities and towns (Forte dei Marmi, Pisa, Florence, etc.) or you can just stay on the grounds and enjoy the beauty and serenity of the place. There is room for multiple families, and the house has all the comforts of home. The House keeper and manager are amazing--they know what you need before you even ask! We arrived to a beautiful display of fresh fruit and prosecco! Every detail was perfect. We will definitely be going back, and highly recommend this gorgeous villa.

A little piece of heaven

My family and I had an amazing (entirely too short!) stay at Le Tre Case this summer. Our expectations were exceeded in every way - from the location, to the decor, to the house manager & staff. The property is impeccable, and this is coming from my dad, whose lawn is his pride & joy! The house is very large with ample space in each of the bedrooms. We didnt spend too much time indoors though, because the outside is simply breathtaking. Multiple areas to relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine, and we dined al-fresco one of the nights with Cinzia's FANTASTIC cooking. We went to Cinque Terre one day (about an hour away by car) as well as an evening in the near-by gem of a city, Pietrasanta. Its very clear that this is a loved property, and we loved it back!

THIS IS HOW TO DO TUSCANY!!

RUSTIC CHARM!! This was such a great house to rent! We loved it. Every day felt like we were living in a movie. Loved walking the grounds and swimming in the pool. We drove into Lucca a lot and also went to the beach one day. Also spent a day hiking the Chique Terre! Looking forward to a return trip, this place felt like a home away from home.

This is a special place, this place is Tuscany.

My husband and I decided to have our 40th anniversary trip in Italy with some friends during truffle season. We were looking for a home that had a cozy charm, slept 10, and views of the hills of Tuscany. In Under the Tuscan Sun Frances Mayes wrote “A lifelong insomniac, I sleep like one newly dead every night and dream deeply harmonious dreams of swimming along with the current in a clear green river, playing and at home in the water.” I didn’t know what she meant until I spent time in this house. The stone floors on my feet, the sweet Tuscan air in my lungs, the way the sun rises and pours light into the kitchen; it’s difficult to put into words but this home has a soul. It’s been fully restored, but you still feel the rhythm of a place that existed 400 years ago. I slept soundly through the night for the first time in years, and so did my husband. Being able to share a place like this with life long friends was also it’s own special joy. Most of them flew into Pisa. They found their way from the autostrada, to Lucca, and then up a windy road through the pine wood forest to us. Their jaws agape when they arrived, they could hardly speak. Stunned and surrounded by beauty, my husband and I just laughed with a happiness of knowing they too would feel what we did. This is a special place, this place is Tuscany.

An Intimate escape in the hills of Tuscany.

My wife and I have traveled all over the world, we’ve stayed at villas in Spain, France, Portugal and Italy. Italy is without question our favorite. Tuscany is enchanting. We came upon this house because we were looking for something close to Lucca and also within 30 minute drive to the beach. We invited our kids, who are grown now and have families of their own. It was a perfect house for us. The house is made up of three smaller houses built into the hillside, which makes it roomy and intimate at the same time. Everyone had their own room and the stone floors kept us cool. This isn’t a large boxy villa with peeling paint and plaster walls that have seen better days -- this is an authentic farm house restored with first class amenities. The property has gardeners and is tended to as well. If you want to cook all your Italian staples are within 10 feet - Sage, Rosemary, Bayleaf, and Parsley are all grown. The property is really special. We played Bocce, swam in the pool and had drinks in the moon garden overlooking the hills of Tuscany every night. Also, I’d be remise to mention that the help is outstanding. We loved this property so much that one night we decided to stay in and have the chef cook for us. She cooked homemade pasta that was delicious. It was one of the best meals we had on our vacation. If you rent this house, stay in one night and eat under the stars, drink wine and then go for a midnight swim. I can’t recommend this house or property enough, we're already planning a return.
