The living-dining room has air conditioning, a comfortable sofa bed for 1 person, and a wardrobe with a fold-down double bed. Next to the living-dining room is a very practical and well-equipped kitchenette. The main bedroom is independent and has a double bed. The bathroom has a shower.
The residence is very well located, close to the beach, all necessary services and the city centre. It has a communal area with a swimming pool, a café, and a children's play area.
