NAVY Commissioning 2026 - Cape Cod close to Downtown Annapolis
Our house is located on South Cherry Grove Ave in the Homewood area of Annapolis (the area right behind the Navy stadium). We are within walking distance (.75 mile) of the Stadium. And we are roughly 1.5 miles from downtown.
Within close proximity of a coffee shop, a liquor store, and library.
The house is a 1940's Cape Cod. We have 2 bedrooms (one up and one down), each with a queen-sized bed. Plus we have an upstairs den with a twin day-bed. So we can sleep 5 people in beds. We also have a trundle bed and 2 couches and an upstairs chaise lounge for overflow. We have two full bathrooms.
No smoking. Well-trained pets are OK. We have a fenced in backyard; and a lovely screened-in porch on the front of the house. We have cable, and a DVD player.
This property is only available during Commissioning Week and Boat Show.
