Bei der Ankunft stellte sich heraus, dass bereits jemand im Haus war. Nachdem wir zwei Stunden auf den Eigentümer und Belvilla gewartet hatten, wurde das Problem gelöst und wir konnten hineingehen. Das Haus war sehr groß und nicht überall sauber. Das Haus liegt mitten in einer schönen Stadt mit netten Restaurants. In der Gegend gibt es viel zu unternehmen, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer ist schwierig. Wir sind früh abgereist, wussten aber nicht, wo wir den Schlüssel lassen sollten. Auf Apps und SMS habe ich diesbezüglich keine Antwort erhalten. Kein Kontakt mehr. Das Haus ist sehr laut und alt, es hat seinen Charme, aber es ist etwas, das man berücksichtigen sollte. Nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet. Schade fand ich, dass der Garten eine Etage tiefer als das Wohnzimmer lag und man dort nicht bequem sitzen konnte. Dort draußen zu essen ist ein Unterfangen.

Geweldig huis!!!

Super oud herenhuis, echt geweldig. Alles is aanwezig, ruimte leefkeuken, grote woonkamer, grote slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, 3 toiletten, fijne compleet afgezette tuin met veel zon en een garage. Ook mooie omgeving. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Heel ruim herenhuis in authentieke stijl. Ruime en gezellige living, volledig ingerichte keuken waar alles voorhanden is. Ook de slaapkamers zijn heel ruim waarvan deze op de eerste verdieping heel handig is wegens direct beschikbare badkamer met ruime douche. De tuin is praktisch zeker wanneer je met de hond komt. Ook de tafelvoetbal biedt een meerwaarde als ontspanning zeker voor kinderen. Niettegenstaande de woning zo goed als in het centrum ligt is het er toch heel rustig.

Het huis is prachtig en van alle gemakken voorzien in een gezellig dorpje. Maar ...

Het huis is prachtig en van alle gemakken voorzien in een gezellig dorpje. Maar voor ons met twee kleine kinderen niet geschikt. Het enorme trappenhuis (het huis heeft drie verdiepingen), terwijl onze peuter net kan lopen, deuren die niet dichtgaan, alles kraakt en je hoort alles letterlijk door de vloeren heen. Erg onpraktisch met hun slaapjes. De tuin is fijn maar het leefgedeelte zit ver weg een verdieping hoger. Het huis was zo groot dat we geen zicht op de kinderen konden houden. Voor anderen vast een fijne vakantiebestemming maar wij zijn vroegtijdig vertrokken. Aan de communicatie met de beheerders heeft het overigens zeker niet gelegen.

Grote ruime woning, centraal gelegen

Je hoeft alleen eigen bedlinnen, handdoeken en droogdoeken mee te nemen. De rest is allemaal aanwezig. Twee koelkasten, barbecue, compleet ingerichte keuken met dolce gusto en filterkoffie apparaat, waterkoker, broodtoaster. Winkels, bar en restaurants op loopafstand.

Ruime statige woning in midden van Saint Hubert, om de hoek van de basiliek. Een genot om regelmatig het carillon te horen zittend in de ruime tuin. En bakker, terrassen, restaurants en supermarkt vlakbij. Huis is heel goed voorzien van allerlei keukenspullen. Het ontvangst (en sleuteloverdracht) van Catherine, die Nederlands spreekt, was heel vriendelijk en informatief. We komen zeker terug!

Het huis ligt centraal gelegen in een klein stadje, vlakbij supermarkten en andere winkels en restaurants. Eigenaars zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het is een goeie uitvalsplek naar mooie bossen voor wandelingen. In het huis is veel ruimte. Enige kleine nadeel is dat er maar één badkamer is en met 6 aanwezigen is dat wat weinig. Keuken is goed uitgerust, Onze week in oktober 2021 was zeer geslaagd.

We werden heel goed ontvangen door de eigenaar. Het huis was zeer netjes , keuken volledig uitgerust ,leuke tuin. We voelden er ons onmiddellijk thuis. We hebben genoten van een week vakantie! Ook de honden waren in hun nopjes. Wandelingen in de buurt en voor de baasjes lekkere eetgelegenheden. Hier komen we nog terug!

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in St Hubert in een sfeervol huis. Het fijnste aan het huis is de ligging, zeer centraal, dus je kunt lopen naar winkels, restaurants en het bos. Culinair gezien is St Hubert een paradijs. De gastvrouw was zeer hartelijk en de communicatie was uitstekend. Tip: een douchegordijn of spatscherm in het bad boven zou handig zijn en bredere bedden. De keuken is prima en keukengerei, bestek en glazen zijn volop aanwezig. Complimenten hiervoor. Tip voor Belvilla: de uitchecktijd is niet voor 20 uur, maar voor 12 uur.
