Large family home in the heart of the Landes accessible to 20 people

DESCRIPTION:
Large family domain of charm in the heart of a park of 5 hectares sheltering century-old oaks which can accommodate twenty people .. With a beautiful pool (12mx6m) garden and its "Pool-House" recently renovated (shower and toilet) and a tennis and many outbuildings.
The rooms of good size are on the floor except one on the ground floor.
The living rooms consist of a small living room, a dining room and a large living room and a large kitchen. Meals can be taken outdoors on the large south terrace that surrounds the house or north under the covered terrace that protects in case of hot weather.
WIFI ACCESSIBLE IN ALL THE MASION

LOCATION:
The house is located less than 3 km from the village of Saint-Martin-d'Oney where you will find the main shops of mouth as well as pharmacy and doctor. Mont de Marsan, capital of the Landes is 12 minutes by car with its famous gourmet market (Saturday morning and Tuesday morning).
For surf lovers and sandy beaches, the ocean is 60 km (Hossegor 45 minutes - Biarritz 75 minutes).

For golf lovers. The golf of Mont de Marsan is 10 minutes by car. It is a very beautiful 18-hole golf course in the middle of the Landes forest with a driving range and the possibility of taking classes. The club house has a restaurant-bar with Landes specialties (open to non-golfers).

ACCESS:
If you do not travel by car access can be done from Paris: TGV: 2h to Bordeaux, then 1h TER to Mont de Marsan. Bordeaux airport is 130 km, Pau 100 km, Biarritz 118 km.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en famille (14 personnes, grands parents, parents et petits-enfants). Tout le monde a été ravi du site, de la grande maison, de la piscine et de l'environnement. Nous insistons sur le caractère champêtre et ancien de ce domaine, qui fait partie de son charme. Notre hôte a été très aimable et particulièrement attentif à notre confort et aux petits détails que nous avons signalés. Un grand merci pour ce séjour exceptionnel.

LIEU IDEAL - DOMAINE MAGNIFIQUE

Très belle et très grande maison sur un domaine arborée, au calme. Séjour en famille (17 personnes) idéal, le propriétaire et très conciliant et ses petites attentions ont été très appréciées. Ici tout est réunit pour passer des vacances parfaites (calme, verdure, piscine, tennis, ping pong...). Je recommande sans hésitation.

Séjour parfait pour fête de famille ou d’amis

Cette belle propriété a concouru, par son charme et son confort, à la réussite de retrouvailles en famille. Le mobilier est d’époque et change très agréablement des décorations standard banalisées que l’on rencontre habituellement dans ce type de location. Tout est fourni, il n’y a plus qu’à venir avec son maillot de bain et ses chaussures de sport pour le tennis, le Ping Pong ou la pétanque, sans oublier la promenade dans le superbe parc. L’accueil est réalisé par le propriétaire qui reste disponible en cas de besoin. Il nous a communiqué de bons conseils pour profiter de la région. Expérience à renouveler avec grand plaisir
