About this property

Stone villa with seasonal swimming pool.

Our villa is luxuriously built 260 sqm and has two lounges with kitchen and dining area and a fireplace each, and a multi-kitchenette. Five bedrooms with wooden floors, three bathrooms and a VC Outside has a seasonal 4 x 8 meter pool, and a large courtyard around the pool. It has large verandas and semi-outdoor spaces. It is built on three levels that communicate between them with internal stairs. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Gorgeous Home!

An amazing home in the Peloponnese! This is a great home for a family. There is lots of room, the kids enjoyed the pool, 10 minutes from nearby Gythio which has great restaurants and shopping right on the water, as well as surrounding beaches!! Highly recommend this home !!

Why they chose this property

My father was born and raised in our village, and I also daptiously there.
Most of my summers I spent the holidays there.
My father's house, which is over 100 years old, is in the same courtyard with our villa.
Our villa has unlimited view to the sea and the mountain.It is built between hundreds of acres of olive trees.
It is the only stone built luxury villa in the prefecture of Laconia
