About this property

The villa Chaboté on one level has three bedrooms, two of them equipped with 140x190 beds and the third with a 160x200 bed. All three have storage as well as air conditioning and each has its own bathroom.
The equipped kitchen overlooks the swimming pool and the terrace equipped with a garden furniture ideal for aperitifs.
A barbecue is available for grilling in the enclosed garden.
Villa Chaboté allows indoor parking for one vehicle.

It is located in the peaceful Pont Café district of Sainte-Luce, is particularly well located: a few meters from a small supermarket, the guardhouse beach and the coastal path.

Villa Chaboté is close to the traditional fishing village, with its shops, restaurants and nightlife as well as the national road which serves the beaches of the south of the island.

Excellent séjour !

Emplacement très pratique à deux pas de la plage et de la supérette. Maison fonctionnelle et agréable, les enfants ont adoré la piscine. Très pratique également pour rayonner dans le sud de l'île.

Vacances en famille,découverte de l'île,des plages,des fonds marin...très bon séjour. La Martinique: une île magnifique et des Martiniquais très sympathiques.

Villa agréable

Là maison est agréable et bien située. Les plages à proximité sont sympa. Le Carrefour Express, juste à côté, dépanne bien mais il ne faut pas y faire de grosses courses. La piscine permet surtout de se relaxer. Les chambres mériteraient d'être équipées de moustiquaires car nous avons tous attrapé la dengue malgré l'usage de répulsif.

Très agréable séjour

La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée. Le bac à punch est très appréciable pour se rafraichir. La localisation permet de rayonner aisément sur la partie sud de la Martinique. La belle plage de Corps de Garde est située à 5 min à pied. Le contact avec les propriétaires avant le séjour est très facile. L'accueil sur place est chaleureux, la personne a été très réactive à nos demandes. Elle a été de bons conseils. Location à recommander pour un excellent séjour à Sainte Luce !

Notre première en Martinique

Nous sommes plus que ravis de notre séjour à Sainte-Luce Une location de maison topissime ; elle serait encore plus top avec un sèche linge en plus, vu l’humidité le linge ne sèche pas facilement - ce serait vraiment la cerise sur le gâteau 😃 Pouvoir garer sa voiture dans l’enceinte de la propriété est très confortable. Nous recommandons vraiment cette location. Dominique
