Channelview CV108 is a fabulous condo is located at prestigious Channelview right on the ship channel and in the heart of Port Aransas! This condo is located on the second floor with no elevator access. Enjoy fishing from the private pier or walk to many of the fine restaurants or bars Port Aransas has to offer. Sorry, no smoking, No pets. Parking for 2 cars with required parking permit. Boat parking available, for an additional $20 per night plus tax. Please request when booking.

Nice Weekend Stay

Great location! We enjoyed the lighted fishing pier, the kids loved seeing the dolphins, sea turtles and the husband enjoyed catching a variety of fish. They have a large shared pool and near it was a big covered area with tables to have lunch. The room was clean, stayed cool and was well supplied.

Bring your own coffee (they have a normal coffee pot and a Keurig) but if you prefer coffee shops Barefoot Beans was great, They have a washing machine but you need to bring detergent (very important to get the sand out of your swimsuit). Be ready for a 2 hour wait at any restaurant, we put our names down and went back to the house for a while, 2hrs is a long wait with young kiddos.Lots of sea shells near the pier, perfect spot for the kids to pick some up for souvenirs. Thanks again!

The fishing pier was a great plus for us because everyone enjoyed the convenience. Our only negative is that the condos don’t have balconies and our particular condo, the ice maker didn’t work. We reported it but it wasn’t fixed during our stay. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location for walking to the beach, south jetty, and nearby restaurants. Was an easy area for daily walks. The fishing pier was a definite plus! Condo was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Furniture was good quality with a very comfortable mattress on the king size bed. We would recommend the property to friends. A crock pot in the kitchen would have been nice to have. Floors were quite wet when the weather turned cold. Considerations for the Channelview management include new grills outside, looking into insulating the roof of the parking garage to decrease the amount of condensation on the floor of the condo, and insulating the pipes in the garage area to minimize freeze risk. All staff we interacted with when making our reservation and when visiting were friendly, professional, and courteous.
