This modern and cozy apartment is located on the first line of Levante Beach in Benidorm, on the seafront promenade and just a few steps from the historic center of Benidorm. Being able to enjoy the surroundings of one of the most visited beaches in Europe; the apartment is surrounded by a wide range of services and leisure activities.



The old town offers one of the most popular tapas areas in Benidorm; as well as, the possibility of wandering through its beautiful streets.



Levante Beach offers its visitors the possibility of enjoying Benidorm's wonderful climate throughout the year.



The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped independent kitchen and a spacious living room connected to a terrace with beautiful views over the beach.



Internet access costs €5 per day. Minimum activation period: 7 days.



Important information about arrival time: The key collection time is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM; if you wish to arrive earlier, it will depend on availability, and we cannot provide information until the day of arrival. If you arrive after 12:00 AM, there will be a late check-in fee of €45. Said amount will be charged the day after arrival or, failing that, will be deducted from the deposit.

Perfect seafront apartament

We loved this apartament because of the position (beach, pubs, disco, market) and the comforts (wide spaces, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditionate). We spent there a week and everything was good thanks to the very kind host. Only negative aspect maybe a bit small beds for 8 people.

The photos of the apartment were a true reflection but looks can be diecieving.

The built in microwave had a door that wouldn't close. The oven was broken and kept tripping the electrics. The 2 kettles didn't work end we had to boil the water in a saucepan. Even though they were made aware of the issues straight away we did not receive a new kettle until the last day of our stay and the other problems were not put right at all during our week stay therefore having to constantly eat out due to not being able to use the apartment facilities and ultimately making us spend more money during our week. This was after shopping in the supermarket on arrival to find we were unable to cook a meal. We were also told by telephone not to use 1 of the 2 showers due to the leaks which is not ideal when there are 7 people all needing the bathrooms.
