Paul do Mar Beach House is the perfect place to relax and spend some days near the beach.
Here our guests will hear and smell the ocean.
The famous beach of Paul do Mar with its crystal clear water is just a few meters from the house.
In the morning the village baker comes to Paul from the Sea Villa to sell fresh bread. During the day another seller comes with fresh fruits and vegetables.
Paul do Mar is a very cozy villa. In Paul do Mar our guests will find cafes and restaurants.
When the guests arrive, they also have to inform: -their flight number -their arrival time at the airport -if they are coming directly from the Airport to the property.

We loved this place. Beach house Paul is very cozy, idyllic and beautiful decorated.

We had an amazing time with our family and definitely love this house.

Very Cute

Very cute apartment/townhome in a lovely area right by the water. Listened to the waves 24/7. It was very relaxing.

Good enough but with a clear downside

The best feature of the house is undoubtedly the sound of the waves you hear all the times. The view is nice from the small terrace and from the upstairs bedroom but not from the downstairs bedroom. There is No view at all, you look upon walls and garbage, the window is opaque, the room is dark.The real problem were the huge cockroaches in the hall, the downstairs bedroom and the downstairs bathroom. As a reaction on my second complaint the owner came and brought several chemicals to get rid of them. I however decided to not use them, because I did not want to inhale toxic fumes. The bathroom, were the cockroaches came out of the shower sink, has no window at all and opens to the bedroom. So I lived with the cockroaches, which was clearly my own decision. Besides of this animals, the house was slightly outdated but good enough.

Meeresrauschen

Für uns war es der perfekte Ort. Wir mögen Abgeschiedenheit - kleine Orte mit lokalen Menschen und Gaststätten. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Es war alles gut vorhanden im Haus. Schade war nur- dass die Liegen auf den Bildern gegen Stühle ausgetauscht wurden. Auf die Liegen hatten wir uns sehr gefreut- da es mit dem Meerblick einfach schön war zu lesen und spielen.Daher ein Stern weniger bei Inserat wie abgebildet.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir sind viel unterwegs, waren schon in zahlreichen Ferienwohnung. Diese hier gehört definitiv zu unseren Top 5. Toller Ort, tolle Lage der Wohnung mit Terrasse zum Meer, großzügige Wohnung über drei Etagen, alles vorhanden, was es braucht. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Fabulous house overlooking the sea

We had the most amazing week at the Beachhouse. The accommodation was excellent and in a beautiful village. Such a good base to explore. We wished we’d booked 2 weeks.

Sehr coole und stillvoll eingerichtete Wohlfühlwohnung mit direktem Meerblick und Dachterrasse

Das Haus heißts Bootshaus und man fühlt sich von Anfang an zu Hause. Es ist mit vielen schönen Meeraccessoirs eingerichtet, welche aber alle nach neuestem Stil ausgerichtet sind. Küche und Dachterrasse sind sehr gut ausgestattet und auf dem neuen Stand. Obendrauf gibt es noch einen riesigen fest gemauerten Grill auf der Dachterrasse. Hier haben wir auch öfter gegrillt. Sehr sehr zu empfehlen.
