Ideally located 200m from the beach and the harbor, our beautiful friendly house bathed in light is a haven of peace.

Park your car and do everything on foot or by bike.

Classified 5 stars by the CDTL and exclusively dedicated to families, its 180m2 have been completely renovated and offer quality services.

Through its complete renovation, everything has been designed with the sole purpose of offering optimal comfort, serenity and proximity.

Lush vegetation, sober and elegant decoration reminiscent of Balinese villas, the living rooms and bedrooms enjoy new and quality equipment.

The living room opens to the outside thanks to the large windows and offers a relaxing light and a way of life in / out.

With its cozy living room equipped with a flat screen (Chrome cast available), its fully equipped kitchen (American fridge, oven, thermomix ....), and its wooden dining room opening onto the pool view terrace, you will spend great moments of conviviality.

The sleeping area has 5 bedrooms: 4 are in the main house (2 bedrooms with beds 160 upstairs with 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds in the ground floor also with a shower room. water), the fifth part of an outbuilding (also with bathroom and toilet) allowing the privacy of each.

The terrace is equipped with sunbeds and other fatboys suitable for relaxing launches by the pool heated from May to the end of October (25 ° C).

La vie s organise dedans dehors autour de la terrasse et de la piscine Tout est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ© et pratique Seuls bĂ©mols : il n y a que 8 assises extĂ©rieures (3+5) alors que la maison est prĂ©vue pour 10??? Nous sommes restĂ©s 2 semaines et les linges de maison serviettes et draps ne sont pas renouvelĂ©s au bout d une semaine ce qui est gĂȘnant si il y a des rotations De toutes petites amĂ©liorations donc a apporter

Super Stadtvilla!

Wir waren zwei Familien mit insgesamt 4 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern. Die Villa ist wirklich top ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, liegt super zentral, der Pool ist klasse. Die bodentiefen GlastĂŒren der WohnkĂŒche kann man komplett öffnen zur Terrasse mit Pool öffnen, so dass man als große Gruppe sehr gemĂŒtlich zugleich, kochen, quatschen und relaxen kann. Alles super! Zudem standen 5 RĂ€der fĂŒr AusflĂŒge oder den morgendlichenBĂ€ckereieinkauf zur VerfĂŒgung. Der Kontakt mit Nadia/Sylvi war die ganze Zeit erstklassig. Vielen Dank!

We bought this house in ruins because it seduced us by its charm.
We have restored it while maintaining its appearance of fishermen's house, by relooking furniture belonging to this house, as well as family furniture dear to our heart, to which we gave a second life.

Its Zenitude and charm.
In the morning, you will take your breakfast-lunch listening to the birds singing and away from the sound of the ocean.
