If you arrive after the office is closed in the afternoon or on holidays, there will be a list in the display window with the names of clients and a telephone number to call, and a person will bring the keys to the door of our office in a few minutes (if you anticipate arriving outside of office hours and notify us, it helps us organise ourselves and minimise your waiting time when you arrive at our office). In this case, the following morning, except on Sundays and holidays, you must come to our office to present the ID or passport of all occupants (this is mandatory by Law)The building is an ideal place to spend your holidays, as it has a supermarket nearby, an area of restaurants and bars, is on the first line of Levante beach and the centre of Benidorm and has a very fast link to the road and motorway, which means you can go on excursions to neighbouring towns quickly and comfortably.At our reception office, we have tourist information, city maps, and can arrange all types of additional services for both your stay in the apartment and to enjoy the daytime and nighttime leisure activities offered by the city and its surroundings.For our customers, we offer a transfer service to and from Alicante airport, either by taxi or private transport companies (VTC). If they arrive at night or on a holiday, we can arrange for them to be picked up at the airport with their apartment keys and taken to their accommodation.Tickets to theme parks (Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Mundomar, Acualandia, Aquanatura), party venues, Benidorm Palace, Molino, Benidorm Circus, guided tours to nearby towns or Valencia, car rental, electric vehicle rental for people with reduced mobility, diving or sports activities and contact with nature through specialised companies.
