This villa is located at 3-minute walk from the beach and is located in a resort which has the following facilities: restaurant, bar, salon breakfast, 2 swimming pools, playgrounds, pontoon and generous green spaces. All our guests have free access to these facilities including reserved parking.

What makes this type of villa to be preferred by tourists is his structure: is basically a holiday home. This duplex structure is disposed on 2 levels: ground floor and floor. Ground floor: living room with open space kitchenette , private terrace with outdoor dining area and a grill with direct access to the lawn. On the ground floor is a bathroom with shower, a sofa bed in the living room, tv. The kitchenette contains a gas cooker,fridge, full dishes for 6 people, supplies for kitchen and toilet is included. The villa has 2 individual entrances, main door and terrace and is preferred by groups of friends or 1 family with several members. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with air-conditioned and balcony and the second bathroom with shower. The villa has 105 square meters and the maximum capacity is 6 people. Upon your request, for stays longer than 7 nights, an extra bed can be added in one of the 2 bedrooms.
Important facility for our guests: villa have only private space; no sharing space with other guest, including outside dining area.

Between 25 june and 2 September, Swimming pool is open. The resort has direct access from the main boulevard and is very easy to reach with or without a car.
