40 Kingfisher Court is situated in a most sought after location. Only a 5 min walk to the main Tattershall Lakes complex.

Stunning open aspect holiday home Lodge. Beautifully finished in a modern contemporary style. Neutral colours throughout. An ideal choice for those families wanting more luxury.

We do prefer to keep to 6 guests but on occasions we can sleep 8 guests.

We can provide 1 x Bed Guards, High Chair, Travel Cot & Baby Travel Cot with extra mattress with this Lodge. Included in the price.
(sorry we do not supply bedding for the travel cot)

Mains gas, electric, quilts, pillows, Linen & towels are all included in the price.

For your safety and peace of mind there is a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm & carbon monoxide detector which are regularly maintained

All we ask is that you respect our Lodge and please leave it clean as found when leaving.

Our Lodge is family friendly and we do not allow smoking.

Kingfisher lodge

Nice place, all as advertised. Kids loved hot tub + lots of outside are around lodge to play. Could do with more comfy decking furniture.

Hi Andy, I'm so pleased you enjoyed your stay. In regards to the wooden furniture set. We had to replace previously, 2 sofa sets which were very expensive. This is due to guests damaging them. 40 Kingfisher lodge is beautiful with plenty is space inside and out. The hot tub is a great addition to this already stunning lodge. Every thing you need to have a home from home has been supplied.

Had a wonderful weekend with my sister and 2 friends in this fantastic lodge. Great communication with Joanne - she couldn’t have been more helpful. It was so clean, beautifully furnished, with comfortable beds, spotlessly clean linen and more towels than you could shake a stick at!! The outside space was large and South facing with a lovely hot tub. Lots of games, DVD’s and 4 TV’s! Would definitely recommend it and hopefully we will visit again.

Came away with sisters, excellent relaxing enjoyable break. Loved everything about the place. Only a couple of niggles!! The bars close too early at ten and the sign postage around the place is poor.

We had a wonderful time at tattershall. Lodge well equipped with everything you need. Brilliant location not to far from main entertainment, road quiet if you have children. Play park you can see from lodge was a great entertainer for the children. Would definitely stay again.

The caravan was beautiful and very clean the double bed was very comfortable and the pillows lovely.

We were over the moon with our caravan it was of a very high standard and we were welcomed with a chilled bottle if prosseco and and some other little goodies which went down a treat after our long journey such a nice little touch. Beautiful property and lovely owner

The lodge was absolutely perfect and a luxury experience. Everything is thought of even a pack with hand sanitizer, j clothes, tea towels, washing up sponge. Beds comfortable and towels fluffy and soft. All extras thought of such as hair dryer, fan, cleaning materials. Really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful lodge and will return. Friendly and clear communication from the owner from booking to coming home. Hot tub maintained during our stay and the lodge is located well near a park and near a lovely riverbank where you can watch the RAF planes taking off. If you are thinking about booking, do it, you won’t regret it. I only wish we’d stayed longer. Ps The big supermarkets and local takeaways will deliver right to your door.

Lovely little week at Tattershall Lakes in this cabin. The only thing I could complain about was the showers temperature handles didn’t turn properly and left us having to get showers that were a little too hot! Also, we found it very hard to find where we was going as the directions don’t take you directly to it and it isn’t on the signs. But beautiful, spacious, clean cabin with plenty to do! I know a lot of my other friends have been to Tattershall and had passes included but they weren’t included at this Cabin, however, they were only £6 per person! X
