A wraparound balcony off the living room also provides walking access to green space and boardwalk. Curated artwork from local artists rounds out this unit to give you a taste of the low country. This end unit is quiet, near parking for easy loading/unloading, and close to everything!
For the golf or tennis enthusiast, Cougar Point golf course and West Beach Tennis are just across the street. In addition to access to 5 Kiawah Resort pools, Resort privileges allow access to a fitness center, 24 hour concierge, preferred dining, spa, and golf, and shuttles at your disposal to whisk you anywhere you would like to go on the island. Great location

Great and fun location. Not a great view, but a boardwalk to the ocean and a beautiful beach. Walkable yo one pool. Resort is great fun for a family. Next time hope to golf which would be wonderful.

Terrible communication

Management needs to explain to guests how to check in and where to go. The property is huge and we drove back and forth with no idea where we needed to go. Getting a map after the fact is no help. The description on VRBO does not explain we will be isolated on this resort and forced to pay exorbitant prices for everything unless we drive an hour off the island. People were stuffy and rude. Just not my style. I'm sure the yuppies will love it. The view and beach access was the only saving grace.

Great location

Very comfortable villa; just big enough for 4-6 people. Slept well; great mattress in master. This is an end unit, and renovations are being made to the building. The walk to the beach was wonderfully short, but the gate to the boardwalk would not open with our key so we went around. I’m not sure if the boardwalk is customarily locked. It was a minor hiccup in an otherwise great experience.

Nice property with a good floor plan and comfortable seating, but some things need attention; 1. Vanity lights in both bathrooms are very dim, therefore not useful. 2. Mattress in master bedroom tilts. Needs to be flipped or replaced. 3. Right hand closet door in guest bathroom won't close. 4. Sink in guest bathroom doesn't drain properly. 5. No coffee filters. 6. No channel listing for television stations.

Delightful, cozy villa. Perfect for our family of 5. We loved the updated decor and the kitchen is well stocked with new cookware and dishes. Steps from the beach. The only negative is the hvac fan in the 2nd bedroom is loud. But still a 5 Star and we plan to be back!

Shipwatch vacation with amenities

The villa was well appointed with cleaning and bathroom supplies and a comfortable sofa. The closet space in the master is great as well as the size of the bathroom and storage cabinets. The kitchen is efficient and makes breakfast and lunching in a possibility- there is room for one chef only. The building is well kept and cleaned daily. The proximity to the beach and west beach pool is key. The view from this unit is parking lots; however, if you spend most of your time outside in Kiawah's natural beauty it doesn't matter. There is a plus to not dragging items up stairs and in elevators. The villa decor is eclectic- half modern and half inherited shabby chic. It appears to be in transition. I hope the blue crab art and sofa win. The master bed is comfortable but there is a definite sag in the middle. That being said, I would stay there again.

Loved the location, resort access, in unit washer and dryer and overall condo was updated great! Only issue for us was the king bc was very soft in center and uncomfortable. Really needs replacing to make this a perfect place.

Perfect getaway

We stayed two nights with our 3 year old and infant. The location was beyond perfect - right between the beach and kids pool. My 3 year old had absolutely no trouble walking between the two locations. We thought the photos did not do the condo justice. Great quick getaway! Thank you for letting us stay there.

Last hurrah before school

Worked well for a short getaway before school starts. Small for the 6 of us. Master bed in need of replacement....felt like we were sleeping in a hole.
