The fully equipped kitchen features plenty of cabinetry and countertops and an elevated bar with stool seating for two. The dining area offers a table with seating for six and connects the kitchen and living room. The living room, just one step down from the dining room, features plenty of seating and flat-screen TV for entertainment.

On the main level, you will find a bedroom with queen sized bed and a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Ascend the stairs and find the other two bedrooms. The master suite features a king sized bed, lovely lagoon view, TV, and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third and final bedroom features a king sized bed and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The lagoon view deck, accessible from the living room, provides a table and four chairs for taking in the island splendor.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
