The 167 m² villa offers space for up to 12 people on two floors. The rooms are divided as follows:
On the ground floor of the house there is a living/dining room with kitchen, two bedrooms (one with twin beds, the other with a double bed) and a bathroom with shower. From the living/dining room there is access to the terrace of the house and the swimming pool.
Please note that there is an external staircase to access the first floor. On the first floor there are four bedrooms (three bedrooms with double beds and one with twin beds). Also on this floor are two bathrooms with shower cabins. The first floor also offers a furnished balcony. The holiday home is equipped with 7 air conditioners, each bedroom has its own and another one is located in the living room. There is also satellite TV, wireless internet, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
Outside there is a large swimming pool with sun loungers, a living room, a terrace, a summer kitchen with barbecue equipment and a small lawn with a children's trampoline and a small slide. In the front yard there are 4 covered and securely secured parking spaces, and in the back yard there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, seating area and a spacious swimming pool, as well as an additional bathroom.
Beautiful sandy and pebble beaches are located in the coastal towns of Sukošan and Bibinje, only 10-15 minutes away, and the city of Zadar is also well worth seeing.
