IMPORTANT NOTICE: Stage equipment is on the west elevation of the building. Minimal drilling is expected and will not start before 9am. The repairs including the East common area and 6th floor stair well should be completed by April 15.

Sister Trip

This condo was perfect for our trip. It was on the beach, had a pool, elevator, designated parking and was in a great location. We would definitely stay here again!

Great and budget friendly

We planned our families orange beach trip a little last minute to come down for a high school graduation. We wanted to take advantage of the opportunity for a miniature vacay for our three toddlers and us without spending a fortune. There was plenty of space for what we needed, condo and property was very clean, the location was perfect and best of all, super affordable! Five stars for us!

Garbage pickup at 4 am mon -fri just below condo very loud painters pressure washers 3 of 6 days outside condo tub doesn’t drain cabinets falling off mgt company said would call me about Discount and never did call me

Small stuff

Two cockroaches. In order to hear waves and stop getting hot air on you in the evenings while on balcony, you have to turn off window ac unit. For the money, I was expecting a unit that had better maintenance.

Good Vacay!

My family and I had a great time out in Orange Beach, we did not encounter many people out there which was Great! The condo however since we first arrived I had issues with my code entry, I had to call the help number provided to issue me TWO other ones, after 15 mins outside we finally entered to a Nice condo, perfect for our family of four. The Bedroom bed was so worn it had dents in the middle and made it hard to sleep comfortable. The shower head kept coming off the hose which was very frustrating when showering after our swim at the beach. Most windows did not have the stick to open the blinds and the dryer took forever to dry our clothes had to set it 2 times to dry good. Besides those details that need to be updated/upgraded our stay was very peaceful! Loved the balcony beach view and my two kids loved the pool as well. Great location too! There's grocery stores, arcades, small waterpark, restaurants nearby and was very helpful to us as well. The Condos were nice and quiet, also had an elevator that made trips to our vehicle much easier to carry things to and from the Condo. The price was very well worth it and would definitely stay there again, would also recommend it to others with small kids. Thanks for the great memories!
