There is a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals as well as a gulf front balcony just off of the living room. .Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have more cookware/utensils. Next time we will be more prepared, but would definitely stay at this condo again.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here 2 years in a row now. perfect location. pool outside the door, and over looks the ocean. the place is nice but could use some updating. the sliding patio door broke the 1st day we arrived, we went and let the office know and no one ever came to fix it. front door lock was tricky as well.

Sunswept is one of the best places to stay in Orange Beach

Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Sunswept for the past 27 years and have greatly enjoyed the accommodations, the friendly staff (especially Sheri) , and most importantly the awesome view and direct access to the Gulf! Oh did I mention the large pool?

Our yearly beach trip
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was dirty. The floors were all cracked. The unit smelled. There were nats we couldn’t get rid of them. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty and greasy didn’t look like they had been washed just rinsed off and placed in the cabinets. The refrigerator was rusted in the whole side. The washer has to be repaired almost caught on fire. It took forever to dry a load of clothes. The other parties would grab up the chairs and head to the beach and never come back till later in the day. Smoking outside at the pool next to our condo and we couldn’t go out with the smell. There was cigarette butts on the ground and our little one kept picking them up which was disgusting.
