HILTON HEAD ISLAND. The Barrington "community," which encompasses Barrington Arms, Barrington Court and Barrington Park, is close to the bike path that will take you quickly to all the other amenities in Palmetto Dunes. Great golf also awaits you.

Seven steps lead you to the entrance of this first floor near ocean condo. The living room features a sleeper sofa, chair, TV and Blue-Ray player, and a sliding glass door to a great balcony overlooking the lagoon. The kitchen has bar seating for 2 and is open to the living room and dining room. The dining room seats six.

The master bedroom features a king bed, FSTV, and a private bathroom with walk in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, TV, shares the hall bath with a shower/tub combo. This is a lovely condo just steps from the beach.

Villa provides XBox One - Don't forget to bring your controllers and games!

Spring visit 2023

Place was updated and very nice. Kitchen stocked well. Great closet space. Short on counter top space. My only complaint and chair and couch were not comfortable- can use updating - could of had a smoker in unit at some point. I have a quite sensitive nose and I had to buy febreeze.

Our little dog loved it!

Place was more worn than I expected. Master bedspread had lots of stains. Had to pay for more for towels for a family of 4.

Very nice experience

The property was well maintained and appointed. A very short walk to the beach and the pool. We rented bikes and had a great time. Beach/pool towels would have been nice as we were co I g from the West coast and didn’t pack those due to space. There are no spices there so bring your own (we always do)

July 2021 Stay

We loved this condo! It was very nicely updated since the listing photos and it really looked great! It had everything we needed, although (and this is no way a negative) I would suggest adding a pantry cabinet or shelf. We lost most of our counter space storing all of our food/supplies there. But hey, it did not change our experience at all - just saying this to think of future guests. The condo was comfortable, clean, had great amenities (on demand kids channels was amazing for our kiddo), easy walk to the beach — we absolutely loved it and would definitely rent here again.
