Relaxing on Zeeland coast in luxury villa on "Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard"

Our house is located in a quiet street on the Roompotpark "Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard".

It has been restyled in early 2017 and now a comfortable house with a personal touch, fully equipped for a maximum of 5 people (max. 4 adults).

The house stands on a plot of 430 m2 and the living area is approximately 90 m2.

There are 2 parking spaces at the house and in the back garden there is a spacious terrace with lots of privacy, garden and lounge furniture, parasol and BBQ.

The house has 1 very spacious (parent) bedroom and 2 spacious (children's) bedrooms, of which one with two beds.
There is a third bed in the master bedroom.

The house is child-friendly with a high chair, stair gate and baby (camping) bed.

The kitchen has an induction hob, a combi oven / microwave and dishwasher. There is a washer / dryer in the utility room.

The house is equipped with (free) WiFi, digital television and bluetooth speaker.

In the garden house there are 2 bikes for your use, and a cart for the children or a day at the beach.

Bedlinnen and towels are provided.

The park is centrally located in Zeeland on Noord-Beveland, directly on the North Sea coast.

Within 300 meters you are on the Banjaardstrand, which has been declared the cleanest beach in the Netherlands for several years in a row and has been awarded 5 stars.

The Oosterschelde storm surge barrier, Deltapark Neeltje Jans and the Veerse Meer are within cycling distance. The islands of Walcheren and Schouwen-Duiveland are also within cycling distance or can be reached within 10 minutes by car.

Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad in Villa Lavendel, sfeervol ingericht huis, van alle gemakken voorzien en op een super locatie op loopafstand van het mooie brede strand.

Das Haus hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Vielleicht sogar noch etwas mehr! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und alles in bestem Zustand. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen über ein verlängertes Wochenende zu Gast und kommen gerne wieder.
