Maisonette at the foot of the Ardèche Gorges

This small house is located in a holiday residence with a caretaker, a parking space and a large swimming pool, with a paddling pool, common to all the residences of this residence. The house is a 10-minute walk from the village of Saint Martin d'Ardèche and the river (Ardeche).
It is planned for 4 people.
There is a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a 140 x 190 BZ sofa on the mezzanine.
There is a small terrace, fully enclosed by a fence and a gate, with a garden furniture (table and 6 chairs + a deckchair and a mini deck chair) and a barbecue, shaded, if necessary, by an awning.
From this terrace, we have a beautiful view of the medieval village of Aiguèze.
This house is the penultimate of this residence, on this side, you will be so quiet, with very little passage in front of the terrace, while still quite close to the pool.
Many activities are to discover in the area (canoeing, kayaking, tree climbing, caving, horseback riding, plane ride over the gorges, hiking ...) and quantities of various visits (museums, caves, regional markets ...) .
Saint Martin d'Ardèche is located at the foot of the gorges of Ardeche.
Avignon is 55 km from Saint Martin d'Ardèche, Pierrelatte ("The Crocodile Farm") 17 km, Montélimar 41 km and Vallon Pont d'Arc 32 km.
