The apartment has 73 m2. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. The apartment is located in a family house. A house is 100 meters away from the sea. Two stone beaches and the old town are nearby.

This holiday apartment is on the first floor of a private house. The owner lives on the upper floor.

The 73m² apartment can accommodate five people and has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. The first bedroom has two single beds (90cm wide), the second has a double bed (180cm wide). The wardrobes provide ample storage space. The bathroom has a washing machine, a bath, a washbasin and a Wc. The spacious kitchen has a dining space and is equipped with a stove and an oven and a fridge with a freezer compartment and a dishwasher. Apart from the kitchen, the living room also has an air conditioning unit, one sofa bed (190cm long) and a Tv.

The yard around the house is fenced and therefore suitable for children and pets.

The apartment is located in a quiet part of town just 100 metres from the sea. On the street there are four grocery shops, a bakery and a market, where you can buy all everyday essentials. A kilometre away there are also two supermarkets.

Near the house there are two rocky beaches, 800 and 1100 metres away. One of the beaches has a ramp for wheelchair users. It is 1300 metres to the Zadar old town.
