Our home is just a 10 minute walk to the University of Oregon, Hayward Field, Matthew Knight Arena, Hendricks park, 10+ local eateries /pubs, a grocery store, and quirky Hirons drug (and more!) store.
Enjoy our private backyard and air conditioned comfort in a premiere neighborhood.
This lovely, well-maintained home has three bedrooms. There is a heat pump that keeps you cool in the summer and cozy in the cooler months. The main floor master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and sliding door opening to the deck/backyard. The bathroom is remodeled with double sinks, step in shower with subway tiles, and heated floor. In the cozy upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed, and the other small bedroom has two twins beds. There is also a convenient half bath upstairs.
The updated main floor has a spacious open concept living room/eat in kitchen that features hardwood floors. Whether you like to cook or simply have morning coffee, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. For a quiet space enjoy the front sitting room with a special kids nook and piano.
After a day of adventures, relax outside among the tall trees. You can enjoy dining in the private backyard featuring a flagstone patio. Depending on the season, you are welcome to pick blueberries, pears or apples.
Our home is on a quiet tree-lined street in a premiere residential neighborhood. There are plenty of walking, biking, and hiking opportunities. We are located just below Hendricks Park and the Rhododendron garden. There is easy access to the Willamette River paths, Laurelwood golf course, Pre’s running trail, and Alton Baker Park. You can join the duck football fans walking from campus to Autzen Stadium. The EmX bus stop is a short walk to Franklin Boulevard and is an easy way to get downtown or the Saturday Market.
This university neighborhood is a limited parking district, however our driveway gives you the convenience of 2-3 free off street parking places (depending on the size of the vehicles).

Cute property close to Campus

We loved our stay here! You can tell the owner takes pride in this property. It offered a unique floor plan - like most of the age homes in the area which worked great for our party if 5 adults. The stairs are very steep but we managed and the trade off of being so close to camps as well as having plenary of seating in the family room was worth it. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for U of O visit

We stayed the weekend while our daughter was at a University of Oregon camp. The location was ideal for walking to campus, with excellent restaurant and grocery options nearby. The home was very well-equipped and comfortable. We would stay here again!

Great 2-week Eugene Stay!

Great stay for Family Weekend

The neighborhood and location was great for our UO Family Weekend trip. Beautiful tree-lined quiet street, adorable backyard, nice big kitchen, comfortable sitting area. The layout is a bit weird, admittedly. If you have older people, or little kids, the stairs are scary. Very steep and narrow. And the landing at the top of the stairs is a hazard. I was so worried someone would wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and go tumbling down the stairs. The bathroom upstairs (toilet and sink only) is so small, that you can brush your teeth while sitting in the toilet! Hey, multi-tasking! The bathroom downstairs is nice and big and modern, great shower. The beds were all comfortable. The house was very clean and well-stocked with kitchen essentials. We enjoyed or stay despite the wonky floor plan. We would book it again. Thanks!

Very clean home in a charming neighborhood provided beautiful morning walks! We have stayed twice and would certainly stay again. Plenty of linens and towels, comfortable mattresses, spacious kitchen with ample cooking utensils, pots and pans. Beautiful private back patio. 10-minute walk to Hayward Field.

THE place to stay when visiting UO students

Fabulous location for graduation. (we actually stayed here when we moved our son into the dorms). The home is so comfortable. I absolutely love the kitchen - so much natural light with a nice view of the backyard. The primary bedroom is comfy and spacious. The heated tile floor in the bathroom is a nice touch. Lots of space to gather family and friends. I love being able to walk to campus and restaurants and the Market of Choice is right down the street. If you are new to looking for places to stay in Eugene I highly recommend this property! It is THE place to stay!!

Our party of 4 found the house to be perfect for our visit to UO and Hayward Field. The kitchen is large and well appointed with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the back patio - and the weather was ideal. Large master bedroom with lots of closet space. 5 out of 5 all the way around…

Lovely property with comfortable spacious living area and kitchen. We loved our stay and manager was quickly attentive to requests on how to operate the tv. Note the steps to the upstairs are very steep and not for older folk, so was not an issue for us but could be for others. Would stay here again.

I liked this house. The only drawback is the two bedrooms upstairs are pretty small and cramped which the people staying in them did not like. Those rooms might be best for children. The master bedroom downstairs is great and spacious.

This home has everything you need for a comfortable and most pleasant stay. The kitchen is fully equipped as is the rest of the house. Top notch Internet/cable TV, near the U of O campus, clean with a lovely backyard. My family of six would love to stay here again sometime.

Wonderful family friendly house

This house provides everything you and your family need for an easy stay in Eugene. The AC units kept us cool and comfortable during extreme heat. The bikes are a great bonus for getting out and about.
