This home near the University of Oregon was perfect for our needs. We were in Eugene for UO dorm move-in. Its less than a 15 min walk to the dorms (New Res, LLC, Unthank). The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and walkable. The house was immaculate and Karen was vey easy to communicate with. There is a bit of work going on in the front yard but Karen gave us a heads up before we arrived. Can’t wait to see the new look. We will definitely try to stay here again for our next trips back to Eugene.

The house is in a perfect location for U of O events. I’m sure I’ll be renting it again, but hopefully for more than one night.

Perfect location for U of O visit

We stayed the weekend while our daughter was at a University of Oregon camp. The location was ideal for walking to campus, with excellent restaurant and grocery options nearby. The home was very well-equipped and comfortable. We would stay here again!

Great location, comfy beds. Bikes were convenient to tour campus.

Clean and comfortable. There was issue with ants in the kitchen if you left any trails of food. Would stay here again next year . Superb location, quiet yet close to everything

Perfect stay near UO campus

Lovely property with comfortable spacious living area and kitchen. We loved our stay and manager was quickly attentive to requests on how to operate the tv. Note the steps to the upstairs are very steep and not for older folk, so was not an issue for us but could be for others. Would stay here again.

Cute property close to Campus

We loved our stay here! You can tell the owner takes pride in this property. It offered a unique floor plan - like most of the age homes in the area which worked great for our party if 5 adults. The stairs are very steep but we managed and the trade off of being so close to camps as well as having plenary of seating in the family room was worth it. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place!

Loved the house. Well-appointed, clean and cozy. Fruit trees in the yard, great neighborhood - pretty and super quiet. Instructions were clear and plenty of kitchen supplies. We stay at a lot of places and this one is exceptional. Thank you!
